One little bundle huddled close to a it's mother. The larger nestled it's head into the small fluff ball and blew blistfully into it's little mane of hair. Vivacious was walking slowly, so that Fayree could keep up. But every so often, Faye would take the lead and trundled along in front of her mother, and play around with the blue sky above her. Viv could watch her and make sure she was safe. When Faye was infront, Viv could trot for a while. But as the sound of water began to surround them, Faye dropped back and clung to her side. Viv smiled and walked quickly towards the waterfall. Faye was intrigued to see such a thing. She walked up to the side of the waterfall and sniffed it. Mother, what is this? came the small voice as Faye looked on at her mum. Viv looked up from her drinking spot and smiled. It's a waterfall, dear. Motehr nature made it from her kindness and tears. she said, approaching her daughter and dipping her nose into the water as it fell into the pool. Faye did the same but jumped back from the coldness. Viv smiled and laughed at her shocked filly. It's ok, butterfly. Your ok!

Sensitive auds were rotating in every direction, as I stepped further into the lands. Dark endless sapphire orbs scanned every tree nearby, searching for signs of life – a split second later a deer landed in front of me, and stared at my golden body with wonder. I let out a whinny – a greeting – for the curious deer, and it responded by rearing on thin pillars, bowing its head slightly and jumped on into the woods. A gentle smile spread on my light kissers and I let out a sigh as my pillars carried me on, deeper into the unknown woods. My sensitive ears caught the sound of water, I changed direction and headed towards it a drink would do me nice, it was already pretty hot and I needed to cool down a bit.
My blue eyes closed as I came to a halt in front of the roaring waterfall, it was a stunning sight to behold and I just stood there and observed it for a while. My heart beat steady and mixed with the calming sound of the waterfall, it was for moments like this I live and breathe – it was us lights who knew how to appreciate the wonders of nature, instead of those brutal darks and – some – neutrals. Slowly I lowered my golden crown to the water below my slender frame, and I drank a little before raising it again – my nostrils caught the scent of a fae and from what I could smell, a young one that smelled much like its mother. Long pillars set into a light trot towards the sound, why would the two of them wander alone in these lands? It could be dangerous, it wouldn’t hurt to seek them out and see if they needed assistance with anything. I found the two of them on the other side of the waterfall, and I watched as the filly jumped back from the water and quickly sought out her mom for comfort, a smile graced my kissers as I watched the two – a mother and a baby, a more innocent and pure picture couldn’t be found. I didn’t want to disturb them, so I neared them slowly making sure to make a little noise here and there to not scare them, I stopped a few meters from them and whinnied a greeting.
“Hello there”
I made sure to stay at a safe distance so the mother wouldn’t feel threatened or insecure about my sudden appearance; I also made sure to keep my long ears forward – signaling I wasn’t here for trouble. [/size]

The little filly, eyes closed with the cold water, opened her light blue eyes and stared past her mother and gaped at the stallion that stood, clacking and whinnying. Viv turned around and looked at what her daughter looked at. What a cutie. Viv thought. She dipped her head at his greeting and turned her body towards him. Faye looked at her mother and watched her with a scared expression. She shivvered and turned her head and ducked underneath her mother. Vivacious stood still and watched the stallion. Hello. You don't seem dangerous. It's alright Faye. She said, looking at her daughter, who stood underneath her and watched the stallion.

The smile spread yet again on my light kissers, and I sent them a comforting glance before slowly coming closer. My golden hide shone in the bright sunlight, and I shook my silky mane to get rid of the early summer flies. My long Arabian pillars carried me to the mother and the filly, the mother was ink black and a true beauty to behold – the little one was curious and innocent, I instantly liked them both and would like nothing more than to known them better.
“I’m Caesar – and I belong to the light side, so I’m not a threat to you or your lovely filly”
I sent the filly a gentle smile, much like a father – speaking of father, where would this little beauty’s sire be? My radars yet again went into action and worked together with my sapphire orbs, scanning the area. I found no sounds that would imply another stallion being near, a frown snuck into my features and I looked with concern at the pair.
“Are you alone here?”
My voice gave away my concern and was mixed with a comforting gentleness, I didn’t want to ‘break up’ the wound if anything bad happened to their leader, but I didn’t want to step in on another stallion’s territory either.

The filly looked at the stag with interest on her face. He seemed so sweet, well to her anyway. She looked at her mother and as she did, she moved closer. Viv smiled and looked down at her. We've been alone for a while now. She sighed and looked back up at the stag. He seemed very nice. And you? What are you doing here, if thats not rude? She held her head high and took a step forward. Faye started to feel a lot more relaxed and she started to play with the waterfall again. She dipped her hoof into it and screamed with joy, jumping back and bumping into her mother's hind legs, making her collaspe alittle and giggle at her.

I felt an happiness growing inside me, I had not felt like this for years – why was it foals affected me so? I let out a long sigh and snorted as my bangs fell down to cover my sapphire depths. I wanted foals to call my own badly, to start my own family – with a queen by my side, and a herd full of sweet and caring mares, with their little foals running around. Ah yes, a herd of my own would be a dream come true, I had learned much from my old father about leading an herd – one of them being always let your mares decide what they want for themselves. If a mare wanted to breed with a protector stallion, I would allow that in a heartbeat if it made her happy – some called me a fool for my opinion of that, but I wanted my mares to be happy more than anything else.
A smile graced my features again as I watched the little filly, the smile turned into a gentle laugh as she bumped directly into her mom in happiness. The pair was just amazingly cute and it was simply impossible to rip my eyes away from them, I really did have a heart of gold – didn´t I?
“I stumbled across these lands not long ago, I’m thinking of starting a herd of my own – a family to protect and love”
I felt quite stupid standing there and saying it to this lovely mare, but I could not help myself – maybe if they didn’t have a home they would be interested – I cut myself off, of course they wouldn´t, I didn’t want to get my hopes up so I pushed the subject back – but I couldn’t quite keep my eyes of the beauty in black.
"May I be so bold to ask your names?"

Viv seemed to sense something, something was floating around his head and making him think negativly. Viv smiled and took in a deep breath. Faye looked at the stag and went across towards him. She stood infront of him and looked up into his big eyes. They were gorgeous. She smiled and reared up playfully at him, her pillers scratched his coat and she ran around him and returned to her mum. Viv giggled at her filly and nuzzled her daughter. I'm Vivacious and this little angel is my daughter, Fayree. she spoke sweetly. Faye trundled towards him again and looked up at him innocently. Sorry about your coat mister!

I blinked and came back to my senses as the little one – Faye – came closer, I turned my head slightly and observed her actions with my deep azure eyes. A chuckle escaped from my maw and all negative thoughts disappeared, as the little filly reared up and her tiny hooves scratched my pelt slightly. Her young hooves were too light and too little force was put behind the rear, the scratch felt more like a gentle tickle and I just sent her a teasing smile.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you Vivacious” I moved my gaze to her daughter “same with you little Fayree”
It was indeed a pleasure to meet them both, and as the little one approached me yet again, I just smiled and looked at her with gentle patient eyes
“It’s nothing to worry about little one, to be honest it actually tickled a bit”
I felt my heart melt, as I stared at her young innocent eyes – it hurt me to know they didn’t have a home, and I wanted nothing else, but to protect and care for these two. I raised my experienced orbs to Viva and asked her with gentle tones.
“If you don’t have a home, will you consider following me and creating one together? I will not ask you for anything else, I would just like to see you and little Fayree here to be safe and cared for”
There, I said it, I held my breath as I awaited her answer.

Viv watched her daughter as she ran around him and laughed and giggled, playing with the stallions tail, but when he asked the question she switched her eyesight and looked at Caesar. She smiled her warming smile as Faye returned to her mother. Please mum, please can we go?! Please? she begged, jumping up and down a little. Viv shushed her and laughed. Of course, we'll go. I was going to say yes, anyway darling. She smiled and looked up. She looked at him, not with desire, not with lust, but with longing in her eyes. She returned to her screaming filly and pushed her across to him. Faye giggled and looked up at him. Are you going to be my new father? she asked, unawares of her mothers look of disapproval. Viv nudged her hind but Faye looked round and smiled. Viv shook her head and sighed. I'm so sorry for this. Faye, come here at once! she said, sternly. Faye walked back to her mother, upset slightly.
