DEIGO power leads to darkness I glided toward Knife's Edge, my muscles contracting slightly, letting me gallop effortlessly. The land ahead was empty, and unfortunately, claimed. If only I could take over. That would make a difference for this charming little territory that was practically dead. Fog slowly floated down from the sky, covering everything it touched. I slowed to a walk, letting my head stand high. I broke through the edge of the fog and found myself at the edge of the cliff. The terrain pulled my forward, straight to deaths edge. I scrambled to regain control, and managed, though at the last second, to jump of the rocks following deaths footprints. The ground I had landed on, however, was unstable, and once again, I was sliding toward the edge. That's it, I thought. I pushed off the ground and outstretched my legs, trying to push as far away as possibly. With my mighty leap, I was suddenly meters away from the collapsing edge. I narrowed my eyes, hearing footsteps behind me. Perhaps a horse to kill, I thought happily. Back facing to the approaching stranger, I faced my ears toward the sound. "You know, you can't sneak up on me." I said in my manly voice, smirking. I could hear a slight grunt from behind my. I whirled around to see......

{ LILITH - be still my soldier Maroon bodice was unclear and blurry through the foggy blanket which had settled over the territory. Today I was wandering – exploring – the territory that Fenrir had fixed for us. The Cliff’s were a dangerous place for stupid horses to reside; behind every corner lurked a trap, one that could easily break beneath your fragile body and pull you directly into death’s jaw. Good thing was that neither I nor Fenrir were stupid; I wasn’t so sure about the new mare Bellatrix though, but then again she seemed so old and wise – and by wise, I mean with experience, so I prayed that she would adapt fast too. Russet crown jerked to my left as a misty figure jumped past me; who was this? I raised my frail head slowly to take a good whiff at the surrounding air – and immediately the musky scent of unknown stallion invaded my nostrils. My curiosity flared as I gracefully followed the mysterious stallion – making sure to take the short cuts through mountain instead of dancing on the edge. Soon enough his black frame was directly in front of me – catching me by surprise – and I let out an annoyed grunt to inform him of my displeasure. “Let me try again boy – and we’ll see if your pretty little ears can detect me” I meowed out in a teasing yet seductive tone; I loved to play around with stallions – have a little flirt here and there, that was what I was designed for anyway. “Who are you?” The atmosphere soon shifted from friendly to threatening; I wouldn’t let this little petty boy think that he could just wander in on my territory unannounced and act like he was the king! I changed my position slightly – leaning more against the wall in case he decided to be difficult.

DEIGO power leads to darkness A mare. Oh great. My large muzzle pointed toward her head. "You're not very smart are you?" I asked her trying to aggravate her. Hey, a fight isn't that bad. Not with a mare, that's for sure. "You know, I'm not that kind of a stallion that doesn't have the guts to hurt a mare. No exceptions." I told her smirking. I leaped over to her, now staring right in her eyes. " Just to be a bit friendly, the name is Deigo. So, this mustn't be your territory. To large for a mare like you. Isn't it Fenrir's? Is he lending it to you? How sweet." I glared at her, sensing a tense atmosphere. Ha! The mare is territorial? In a stallions territory? Now this, this was going to be very fun . I smiled at her, almost pretending to be flirting. Like I would flirt with a mare like. I wrinkled me nose. This.

ECLIPSE
I sensed a disturbance. What could it be? I sniffed the air violently trying to search out the sourse. Lilith, the King's bride. I sniffed again, a stallion near her.
I ran from my hiding spot and charged towards where I knew Lilith was. Fenrir would kill me if I let anything happen to Lilith. I was the second in command, besides Lilith, but still I felt responsible for her. I'm sure the bastard stallion wasn't planning on attacking a mare but just incase I would be there to rip him apart. I saw Lilith in the clearing upahead and I charged forward.
I stopped behind Lilith letting out a low growl as I came to her left side. I stared at the stallion, hatred in my eyes. If he so much as touched the Queen then I would kill him. My forelegs were ready to pounce. I was ready to kill or injure upon the command of Lilith.
"Problems, my lady?"

{ LILITH - be still my soldier Now this was amusing – first he comes banging into my territory and then he goes all pissy? Not the path I would have chosen facing a pregnant female filled with hormones; But hey! We’re all allowed to be different, right? Bulky frame approached the slightly delusional stallion, would he come to his senses soon? Realize that he was on the path to being despised by the ruler of the land? Hm, he’d probably end up being disposed off anyhow. The annoying stallion took a step further along the muddy path; soon his bodice was pressing up against mine – his piercing eyes digging into my dark depths and I didn’t like it one bit. A lot of things happened on just a few seconds; one – my russet ears flattened against my skull, shouldn’t this be a warning enough? Nop! Two – Muscles tensed underneath my thin coat. Finally the third and final warning, he would ever receive slipped out – a mere flash of my dark orbits; but the flash said more than a thousand words. I twisted my skull sideways slowly as our eyes collided and battled for dominance, I was the Queen, if he expected some kind of place here – as a warrior or commander – he would have to back down soon. “Not my territory? You’re wrong dear” Tones were casual and slow – not the kind you’d expect considering my inner flame fiercly begging me to be released, but I was and would forever be a lady – not ‘some’ unknown mare with no lineage! The surface of the rocks were cold against my heated flanks, but I paid it no heed – didn’t consider my own needs greater than proving to this stallion that I was more than capable of handling the post as the Queen. “This is my land – and if you aren’t going to fall in line boy, then we don’t have room for your pretty little ass” Well, I didn’t expect him to fall in line – but I expected him to obey me when I ordered him to back down. He would probably go far as a warrior – assist us in battle and be rewarded with the opportunity to claim or rape a few mares for his own pleasure; The Cliffs would rule Midnight Acres soon enough – with or without this Deigo. Disturbances rippled the water as a new equine arrived – this time one of our own, Eclipse. I twisted my skull around to let my dark orbs scan over his lean frame – yes he was indeed handsome and I was more than pleased that he took his job as commander seriously. “Mm, my knight in shining armor” Sly flirty words slid from my throat slowly as I let my eyes run over his bodice for just a second or two – only to have them shift to Deigo once again. “No problems dear, this is Deigo – he’s just about to enlighten us if he wants to join our army or leave.” Upon my features the wolfish smile arose once again – broadening and lengthening – effectively baring my pearly teeth much like a vampire would do to its prey. I enjoyed the attitude of Deigo – he gave life to the Cliffs; but I would have no choice but to chase him to the border if he didn’t show the required respect.

DEIGO the devil better jump off his throne, cause, babe, i'm gonna take over I watched her as she talked, and by doing this, realized with a jolt it was her territory. Well, handsome stallion, today is your lucky day. I thought to myself, smirking. Then another stallion had to come and ruin the fun. "Join your army or leave?" I repeated slowly, a questioning look on my face. "Does it look like I want to jump on your little boat of fun?" . I twisted my body so I was directly addressing the mare, who I had found out was Lilith, someone I shouldn't be messing around with. But, here I was. Messing around with her. Now I stared at Eclispe, her knight in shining armor. He was tensed, and ready to spring. I almost laughed at the thought. Sure, I had never seen him in a fight, nor did he look weak, but I knew that he would only attack if I harmed "His lady". My blackmane was shook by my head, a signal for no. If she caught that. "No, my dear, my pretty little ass doesnt want to stay in a territory like this. I will not 'fall in line', but leaving, isn't really going to work out.". With that, I let them gather their thoughts, and moved closer toward the edge, teasing the ground. See if you can get me I thought in my head. A sudden burst of wind blew my mane toward the mare and stallion, along with a good whiff of my scent. And soon, my scent will mark this whole terriotory I thought happily. Waiting for a response from one of them, or both, I moved closer toward them. I drew my nose next to her face I whispered teasingly "Bite me".
