Eden Origin Of Sin Silent Woods was getting tiring, boredom was my only friend. I hadn't seen Carpe Diem in a while and he was the only one who seemed to cheer me up now a days. I also hadn't seen mother in a long long time, where she had wondered off to I wasn't sure. But father had failed to make himself scarce, instead I saw his at least three times a day. With a chuckle I shook my head. He was a frantic beast always skittering about like a worried hen. Today had been a quiet one though, maybe because it was that time of year. Thank god he had other mares to entertain him and that I wasn't the only one who demanded his attentions. The sun wasn't totally out today, most of it was hidden behind fluffy white clouds and the reaching branches of the ancient tree's that were scattered all throughout the land. It was a stark relief to the heat that the summer had originally brought. The ends of my hair on my black coat had been sun bleached so I was more a dark dapple after my father then originally my mother. With a slight sigh I lowered my long neck and nipped at the grass under me. It was sweet and exploded in my mouth like an orgasm. Everything seemed to be more sensitive to my senses lately, on edge, intensified.

Carpe Diem His head bobbed with each step that brought him closer to the apple of his eye. Why, Miss Eden of course. Who else? He hadn't seen her in a long time, and he felt the need to see her. Besides, it had to be the right thing to do or else his mind wouldn't keep bringing up the thought. Over and over again. Right? A fustrated snarl creased his face and he sidestepped gracefully around a willow that seemed to have sprung up in his blind path. Lately his mind had been elsewhere, resulting in quite a few scratches that ran the length of his left side. One of the newer scratches still oozed the metallic red liquid, staining his varnished pelt. Why was he being so distracted lately? It was simple. He missed his princess. As corny as it sounded.
The bracken cracked around him as the wind lifted her scent into his expanded narels. Without his consent a throaty call was sent in her direction. The voice in his throat scared him to a certain extent. Never before had he used it, but he had a good idea what it meant and why it was suddenly being used. His blood coursed hot through his veins, giving him a lightheaded feeling. The sooner he reached her, the sooner he would calm down. Right? He hoped so. He didn't like the way he was worrying that she had come to harm while he was rangy around Silent Woods, acting like all testosterone yearlings did, but now that his hormones had leveled out, he felt he was safe enough to go around her and behave.
Again the wind brought her scent to him and his pace increased, knowing her exact location now. "Eden dear. How are you?" He greeted and questioned in his finally mature voice. No longer did his words break and crack like they had in the akward phase of his puberty. His ear scoped onto her and his ivories reached out to nibbling at her haunches and then her withers in an affectionate gesture. It had been far too long.
