Nevaeh Beyond the Shyness
Slowly the darkness began to turn into light, awaking the chestnut and white pinto. Slowly she raised her body of the ground, while doing that she almost fell back down again. Shaking her crown, and snorting to herself. Well at least I finished a fight for once. Pillars then moved Nevaeh into a very slowly and wobbly two beat. Nevaeh did not know where her pillars were taking her, she was just getting away from them. not them, him. her beautiful body was not beautiful any longer, because they where lots of scars upon this fae body.
Then something caught Nevaeh ice blue orbs, with out thinking or trying to, her pillars had all ready made Nevaeh mind up for her, then she crossed over the border to the terra, she then stood still, while slightly holding her right hind leg up, and waited.

Be careful what you wish for.
The past few days had been peaceful; just me and Asteria, exploring these new lands we now called home. Unknown to anyone else, untouched by equines. Now and again, we spoke. But there wasn't the need too, our expressions of sheer excitment and happiness overwhelmed us. Moonglade was truely magical, and i douted i could find a better place if i searched for my enitre life. Not that i would leave, for i too, had made my promise to the glade, to Asteria, that i would always be here to make sure no harm came upon us.
My black frame awoke with a start as a single leaf fell from the hanging willow i rested under. The nature here was barely affected by seasons. Trees still held their greenness, rich leaves, strong, thick trunks. Shrubs and herbs still held their unique taste, the stream that trickled through the lands, and eventually reached a smart pond in the east of the lands, was deep, large enough for one to swim in, with metres to spare underneath. Strangely, it didn't seem cold here. Prehaps it was the magic of the land, keeping me and Asteria happy and well being. We had promised to play our part, well, somehow the Glade had to return the favour right?
As i rasied my now refreshed body off the ground, i had to crouch slightly, the weeping willow was to small for my height, as i walked out and stood up to my 16.3hh of full height, my skull shook itself free of fallen leaves, tassles shifted to reveal glowing amber eyes, and a long scar, running from the right eye, acting as an eyebrow, it was about ten centimetres long, but only visable when tassles moved, as my long, curled forlock hid this. With ease, i moved across the lands, taking in the new day, fresh morning scents, snorting, i lowered my skull and ate until full, and then drank until content. It didn't take much, for the food here was filling. It was hard to admit that this wasn't the perfect land for a dark equine such as myself. But somehow, i felt plesently at home, i felt in charge, of course, my position was under asteria, but that didn't bother me at all. however, she would be the only equine in the world to rule above me, my bossy attitude and ability to control just wouldn't allow it any other way.
Nares flared a little as a new scent reached them, snorting with discust, i began to walk in the direction it was coming from. I knew it wouldn't be long before other mares started arriving at the Glade, but i wasn't ready for this. I was content with Asteria, the only equine i had met so far that desserved any ammount of respect, also, she kept on my good side, which had proved hard to do with others. I was annoyed easily by other equines and often snapped at them. My mind began to focus on this new mare that seemed to think she deserved refuge in Moonglade, for this was a land only for mares who did not agree or like living alongside stallions. They would need a damn good reason to set foot upon these precious lands. They were, of course, invisable and un-noticed by most equines, if a mare did not have a good enough reason to seek refuge somewhere safe and away from stallions, the lands powers wouldn't allow herself to be revealed.
She was now in sight, a duo coloured mare, un-evenly marked, a dirty, tired frame of mixed white and brown. Many wounds were on her figure, obviously just out of a fight. A smirk spread across my face, she was here because she had lost a fight? Well, prehaps, but never the less, i'd give her a chance, for the skae of Asteria. Walking up to her, my amber eyes glared at her with suspicion. Footfalls became silnet as i stoppe,d my neck was arched, pure muscle could be seen in my body, well, i wasn't just an ordinary horse, i had exceptional bloodlines, breeding. A pure dark blooded Friesian. Snorting, i tossed my forlock out of my eyes, scar revealing itself, then spoke. State your name and reason for intruding on these lands mare. tones were demanding, i had that special effect in my voice that seemed to make me sound demanding and fearful. If she refussed to do so, she would have to leave. I stood and waited for an answer off the painted mare, standing square and keeping my neck arched, i towered above her, amber diamonds glaring down at her, demanding some explanation.
{o.o.c;; sorry, i couldn't stop writing =/

Nevaeh Beyond the Shyness
The shortest painted mustang fae’s pink nares got a scent of a new horse, her crown then lifted up, while she saw a large black Frisian standing a lot taller then her. chestnut auds flicked backwards then forwards hearing the Frisian speak, opening her pinkish colored maw, her lightish vocals came out, My name is Nevaeh. I am here because, I have no hope left, and I was nearly killed in a fight by a stallion called Chaos. shaking her crown, which caused her fringe to revel her beautiful ice blue, orbs, while her dirty colored banner flicked against her strange colored flanks.

Be careful what you wish for.
I watched the mare, my amber eyes never leaving her battered frame, prehaps i would make it my project to teach her how to fight properly, when to use dodges, to cheat wounds that would eventually scar. Glancing over her body, i took in each wound, it was nothing too harsh, nothing like the long scar that was hidden by my forlock. She took no time in replying to my question. And the explanation was short, in my presence, not good enough. Flicking my black cord in annoyance, i opened my black mouth to speak again. "By saying you have 'no hope left' do you mean you can not be bothered to find a stallion to suit you? Or no one will take you in. This place is not a refuge Nevaeh. It is a magical land, me, and former leader, Asteria, have promised to the Glade we will protect and cherish her, and in return, she gave us the power of life. I will only allow certain mares into this land. Not ones who accidently stumble across it and hope to be accepted. moonglade will only accept mares that do not wish to be alongside stallions, have battered pasts because of them, or simply, like me, hate them." As i finished my speech, i took a step closer, towering even more so over the mare. My amber eyes returned to their glare down on the mare.
In the distance, the vibrations in the ground told me Asteria was now awake, of course, this mare would not be allowed further in until the mistress herself was suitable for visitors. The sun was now rising, sending the grass its usual shade of glistening green, whereas at dusk, it turned an imaculate shade of purple. The trees began to awaken, stretching out their limbs, and the small forest and marsh creatures scuttered out of their dens.
Turning back to the mare, i still, continued to glare. I wasn't one to show sympathy at all. If she had trained hard, every day, all day, she would of not got herself in such a state. It took time and skill to become a great fighter, a warrior, as I was. and i had no time for timewasters. I am still unsure to your acceptance here, i'm afraid i will need a little more information out of you. My tone was strong, i paused, then carried on, my figure moved from its postion and began to circle hers. You see mare, me and asteria will only let the best of equines enter this place. On your favour of course, you must have good reason to of found this place, for it is invisable to most. however, like i said, you will need to state a little more detail, and why you think yourself worthy of such a place. What would you do to live here? As sacrifice is sometimes neccessary. Would you serve under the mistress, Asteria, and then, under me, Chiron, as the warrior and offical protector of these lands. I gave her a little information about this, she needed it, by the looks of things.

Nevaeh Beyond the Shyness
Nevaeh chestnut auds where pricked forward and listening to what the black mare standing in front of her was saying. Ice blue orbs watched as the black fae came even closer to her, she then lowered her crown a little downwards. Nevaeh listened carefully to what the ebony fae was saying to her. Nevaeh was very used to listening to everything she was getting told, because she not like getting beatand up for answering wrong. Then her pinkish colored maw opened and her light sweet vocals came out a bit nervous because she had not told anyone that had happened to her and been trapped in Hollow Woods, Well Miss, All of my life I have been beaten up by stallions. Then when I came to Midnight Acres I thought that it would be very different but then when I was five years old, I was caught and put as a slave, and got beaten for walking around where I was kept. Then I got into a fight with a stallion called Chaos, and then I got knocked out into a coma, when he landed on my back. she then lowered her crown a little more now towards the ground, she was still scared when large horses came over her, always expecting to get hit. I would sever under both of you miss.

Be careful what you wish for.
The mare, Nevaeh, i believe she was called; seemed genuine.not at all clever enough to go against us in any way. Long slender black harks flickered as she told her life story, and by the length of it, it wasn't very good. Snorting, i continued to stare at her, but now, i felt like she prehaps deserved a place here at Moonglade.
I stepped back and spun my muscular figure around ninety degrees' i shook my skull, telling the mare to follow me, and at a fast walk, i crossed the lands, making sure the painted mare was next to me at all times. Very well, Nevaeh. You may join our herd, now, we will go and see your mistress, Asteria. Keep your manners about you, and your respcet too. If you fail, you will be banished. Stepping up into a spritely trot as i crossed the land with ease, soon, we were upon the small cliff, at which i slept at its bottom, there, i felt like i protected Asteria, who i believed to sleep at the top.
I stopped, a few metres away from the cliff, raising my heavy head and calling out for my dearest friend. I wondered what she would have to say about our first newcomer. I wasn't too pleased, but would she be happy? It was what she had always wanted, but still i was unsure. I didn't trust anyone apart from her, and i was finding it difficult coming to terms with other mares being here.

Nevaeh Beyond the Shyness
Chestnut auds pricked forward listening to what the, ebony black friesan mare was saying.. she then nodded. Mucels then started to twitched in antisapation of her going in to a lovely fast two beat, she was nearly going into a lope because, she was only shortish height, and keeping up with a large mare was hard for her, since she had not been going very fast for a long time now. Then when the mare who was called Chiron stopped. It was very easy to tell that the painted mustang fae had not been going fast for a while, hearing her call for the mistress of the land. Thank you miss.

{ a s t e r i a ;
I was dreaming again – the moon was blood red and in the distance the drums of war could be heard, I was cantering with full speed through the lilac forest to reach my sisters before it was too late. I ran and I ran but my legs never moved me, I heard their desperate cries for help – their cries for their queen, but when I tried to answer, my mouth couldn’t form the words. Suddenly the rain started pouring down – however instead of being clear and cold, it was hot and red. I woke with a startled gasp as I quickly gazed towards the sky, I sighed with relief as I saw it was blue and clear. Beneath me voices could be heard and I quickly stood up to greet the equines obviously seeking my presence. I lowered myself from the cliff with graceful steps, my icy orbs took in the bulky frame of Chiron first – before moving on to the smaller mare. “Greetings fae, I am queen Asteria of the Moonglade – I trust that you’ve been informed of everything since my fateful war chief and dear friend brought you to me?” I cast a quick approving glance to Chiron, I didn’t doubt her ability to judge equines, and therefore I mostly let her greet the new arrivals before bringing them to me. “Will you please tell me your name and story too? If you’re too tired we can wait” I spoke out in a gentle tone, I knew the mare’s that came here was seeking refuge from the power hungry stallions, and therefore did not need a pushy queen too.

{ c h i r o n Be careful what you wish for. I nodded to the mare, who evidently called me 'miss' and smiled at her, she was slowly gaining my respect, although, it would be knocked back quick enough if she did something wrong. I heard approching hooves and my harks pricked forward, pinned to the sky, and a low greeting left my lips as the beautiful Asteria came into sight. She glanced at me first, and i nodded briefly, a quick hello. we barely talked unless we were alone. As she spoke, i glanced quickly across at the painted mare, giving her a warning look. Then returned my gaze ahead, unmoving, apart from the odd muscle that twitched, under my ebony coat. As Asteria glanced over to me and approved, i again, nodded briefly. I guessed my dear friend could tell i wasn't happy with more arriving so quickly, but i knew it was her destiny, therefore, i wouldn't stand in her way.

Nevaeh Beyond the Shyness
The shortest chestnut and white mustang chestnut auds pricked forward hearing the lead speak. As she caught a glimpse of a warning look from the black Friesian mare, her light pinkish maw opened and her vocals and her gentle but also shy vocals came out, Well Queen Asteria, All of my life I have been beaten up by stallions. Then when I came to Midnight Acres I thought that it would be very different but then when I was five years old, I was caught and put as a slave, and got beaten for walking around where I was kept. Then I got into a fight with a stallion called Chaos, and then I got knocked out into a coma, when he landed on my back. then her dark flaxen banner stayed still against her flanks. While waiting for one of the ladies to speak.
