radon i'm back..with a little, gift. A sly expression crossed my features as I stopped and circled Whitney, watching her and making sure the present I had went and got didn't fall into a sand pit, that'd be sad. Wait right here I stated and disappeared momentairly, searching out Yarraman, and, with the event I couldn't find him inside the invisible circle around Whitney, I resorted to returning to her side, my sinewy, yearling frame moving with arabian grace, easily overstepping debris in my way and swerving to avoid the pits.
Once at her side again I sheparded the mare deeper into the territory, to one of the clearings, my gaze always flickering around to the curious glances of the bats, they'd tell Yarraman if anybody else. Besides, most of the mares were off at the birthing grounds or getting ready to go. Impatience settled into my bone and my muzzle tipped up, both ears folded backwards and diaphram compressed, a soldem heard call given for the King, revealing I had a small gift for him, but I wouldn't tell him what that said gift was. Oh no, I'd let the unknowning gnaw at him, but, it most likely wouldn't, he was always good at knowing everything.

Y A R R A M A N My dappled gray carcass moved at an easy trot across the new growth of Taunting Marshes. Spring had arrived and Midnight Acres was teaming with new life, and of course being a dark it irked every bone in my being. And on top of that I was pissed off. I had just left seeing Iodine, and let’s just say that the dappled mare that had opened me up wasn’t there anymore, or at least I didn’t think she was. My body was tense and my harks still rested against my skull. Quickening my pace, I decided that I would run off the anger, my strides lengthened; as the came crashing to the ground they began to shake from impact. I slowed my pace as the woosshing of wind sounded from behind me, turning my boa I saw Opelina one of the female bats coming my way. I nodded to the winged creature letting her know that her presence was welcome. I waited a few moments as she settled herself on a nearby branch. My Lord. The guards have informed me that the yearling Radon as brought a mare into the lands. They are in the clearing near the caves. The vampiress’s voice was very high pitched but I was used to their sound by now, where as before it used to cause my ears to ring. A smirk played across my muzzle with the information, I was assuming that this mare was going to be an apology prize. Well well I had taught the gray yearling well. I nodded to Opelina and she took off into the light sky. Turning around I headed to the clearing where the two equines where, my temper was calm now and my body had relaxed. As I neared the clearing Radon called for me informing me of a surprise. Well I was sorry to say it wasn’t much of a surprise but it was a good act all the same. Stepping into the clearing, I halted just after the tree line. My gaze was quickly drawn to the mare, she was a white wench and her mustang bloodlines gave her nice features. I gave her a nod and then parted my maw to speak. Well Radon who is this fae? [/blockquote]

Whitney
I quivered under the sight of Yarraman. He was fantastic! He was everything I could imagine. Powerful, so very powerful. In my head I was good a flattery but not in speech. I looked at him and I think he looked back at me. My whole body shook. Yarraman, such a powerful name. I indeed wanted to be his mare. But would he want me? I looked at him expectantly wishing he would talk. “My name is Whitney, my lord.” My voice sang as I spoke. I tried to speak again but my voice quivered. “It would be an… an… honor… if you took me as your mare, Lord Yarra.

radon i'm back..with a little, gift. My expression still remained blank as Yarraman showed up, and only when he was close enough did I give a nod of respect and greeting, before turning my attention back to Whitney, swaggering towards her with long strides, flashing my tail across my haunches, chasing away the flies of summer. A little present. She seemed like something you would like. I murmured, my voice having caught a deeper edge as the year rounded again and added onto my internal age clock, even if I hadn't had another birthday quite yet, in a few more months. I was in no hurry to get another year older in all truth, I preffered being the yearling at Yarraman's side, going with him when he was to teach me new things that he hadn't, like talking out treaties, those were always...boring.
Snickering at my own little conversation, I finally caught part of the other one, the little mare was groveling for a position in the herd, maybe she wasn't as hardheaded with older stallions, either that, or she just didn't like me, again, I didn't care. My lips curved into a little smirk and I extended my neck again, shaking out my tensed body, feeling each muscle relax before I started to move again to the right side of Yarraman, my head in line with his shoulder, my gaze watching Whitney with an appraising look, yes, she would do perfectly if my king liked her. She had a stocky built to her, not a scar dotting her pretty little body, unlike most of the equines around the dark lands, who's population consisted of arabians, their fine pelts littered with scars of playful brawls, and full on matches, she'd have alot to learn, and learn quick.
