ADELINA THIS PAIN IS JUST TOO REAL. ; ; This place was so different then her old home at Taunting Marshes, and it kinda made her want to hurl. TM was so, hell-bent and this place was kinda like the dark heaven! It was sickening, even to a neutral like her, but atleast she had her immedient family here, that psychotic yet sane second in command Nautical. She was sure Riku had felt her wrath, but in turn there was nothing he could do about it, she had already left her mark in his skin, maybe - possibly - even scars. And the work Nautical was doing, a smirk rose on her kissers.
; ; But other then her steady breathing all was silent, a few caws of the winter birds and the occassional howl of the wolves. Alone she stood, and she was never alone - Nautical had taught her that. Somewhere in the thick underbrush that was called Black Lake, the half-blind, half-insane chestnut essa was hiding, keeping an ever watchful eye on her homeland and more importantly, her akhal-teke sister Adelina. But the blue roan overo mare moved outwards, heading towards the lake at a slow pace, almost a saddened pace, she knew she was somewhat captive in this place, but the key out was that insane mare she grew to love.
; ; Nautical, come out of hiding. I sense you out there, she whickered lowly, almost in a snarl as her refined crown turned to watch the pair of ambers glinting micheviously out of the shadows before the chestnut appeared, a sly smile playing her facade. Fine, you caught me sister. she answered, a pout crossing her features as she noticed the saddened look that played the smaller mare's crown. What, is something wrong? Did Riku do something? Okay, if Riku did something, do you really think he'd be out somewhere else? Aside from that, did she really think she couldn't defend for herself?

{ R I K U ; Up is Down.
"Riku, darling, quit the tears. They aren't as adorable as you may believe." "Xehanort.. I'm not crying." What a wonderful time for you to pop in on these two! Perched in a secluded pit in my realm, I stood; unmoving, silent tears forming at the corners of my pools, only to be wiped away from a semi-sympathetic Xehanort. Then, in a fit of squashed anger, I'd thrust my dappled talons into the earth, blinking my orbs, raging. A constant frown upheld my normally serene appearance. "Come, dearest lad. Just trust me." Sapphires glanced to my left side, and I stared at Xehanort, straight features hiding a worried nature. "Do you really think she.. did?" When I took another look towards the broader beast, he only gave me a nonchalant shrug, and a cocky smile spread across his features, making my lips twitch in a grin. At least we ween't on bad terms; "You're an ass, y'know?" Again, that careless, free shrug. I almost envied it.
Rocking forward, the equally appearing pair strode forward, looking like each other's half. As it should be. I was so nervous; recent news that there had been two arrivals, both leading to the Dio bloodlines had been plauging my thoughts. To only add to my concerns, Jaliya had gone missing, but I certainly didn't think of it to be the cause of Chaos or Yarraman. They hadn't been lurking around much lately, much less around my home. This time, oddly enough, Xehanort didn't fill my mind with devilish accusations. Whatever the reason, he was cool about the matter, and even offered to give me excuses for my queen's recent behavior. None of it helped, but the fact that he wasn't being so useless was a good thing. "Stop." Radars snapped forward, and my frame lingered for a few steps, orbs trailing back to look at Xehanort, but he was ignoring me, his amber tints looking away, crown twisted to our left. "What is it?" "It's the evil twins. Mm, what great timing." I felt my body draw up a large breath, then exhale, and we both turned towards the unique essa's curious as ever. By the time I'd neared the two equines, Xehanort had already disappeared back into my mind, a catty smile rounding his hard features.
"Ah, Nautical.. Adelina." The beast started before me, blocking out my semi-pleasent vocals, his tone wicked, but kind none the less. Sapphire glints appeared apologetic as they scanned the two sisters slowly, and I came to a drifting halt in front of them, inhaling a deep breath. Radars gently pricked forward, listening to the sounds around the three of us, and then Xehanort started to speak again. I threw Nautical a knowing glance - she would probably know the difference, but I wasn't sure for Adelina. "How have you both been fairing this season, hm?" Orbs dropped to the floor, then lifted, and I inhaled a strange note, speaking quickly before Xehanort had the chance to. "Um, Adelina, you look sad." Words were pointed, but concerned, something that I'd failed at. Man, it sucked that I cared so much. I still had the injuries from Nautical to prove that fact.

ADELINA x NAUTICAL LET US BE YOUR GUIDES, YOUR SAVIOURS. ; ; The uniquely coloured paint switched her crania towards the larger of the two, ambers glinting softly and unervously. Well, Yarraman exiled me for no god damn reason! I guess he got mad because I came looking for you, and Rik..u.. she paused her angered lyrics, shaking her head shamefully. I think Riku won't allow me to go back. Not that I want to.. I feel safe here with you and Constantine! And.. and.. Riku is a great fighter.. she puffed out her chest as the tears welled up in her eyes. Don't cry Adelina! Darks. Don't. Cry! But, they fell anyways. Nautical's shoulders slumped slightly as she stepped forward, tossing her crown over the crying essa's shoulder with a reassuring whistle from her lips.
; ; Do not cry, sister Adelina. I am here, I am sure Riku would keep you safe.. she murmured gently, audits snapping back at some animals approuch. The painted mare rose her head from it's lazy position with a gasp, then relaxed her muscles. Hey Riku.. I was just..... she began worthlessly, trying desperately to hide the tears streaming from her eyes. She cast a glance at the chestnut frame of her larger sister, who was indeed stiff as a plank. Her head was lowered even with her spine and some sort of evil glare overtook her ambers.
; ; Nauti-- she began again, but was silenced by the glare the essa gave her. So, she kept her lips shut and awaited to see what Nautical would do. That's not Riku.. she answered softly, lowly; hissed. The blue's head turned curiously towards the king's body, squinting slightly with a tilt. But that's Riku's bod-- It's. Not. Riku! It's Xehanort, and off the, 'Who the fuck is that?' glance Nautical rolled her shoulders forward to somewhat shield her sister from the beast Xeha. Xehanort is Riku's somewhat of an 'ass' side. I think I impressed him with peeling away some of Riku's flesh there, she pointed with her mug to the long, still bleeding mark on the nape of the king. Adelina smirked softly.

{ R I K U ; Up is Down.
"Shit. Riku, she's crying. You deal with this." Just like that, Xehanort had settled back for the moment. He must've disliked the tears. Words were spoken between the sisters when I continued my approach, but of course, I couldn't decipher them, although I was drawn in when my name was mentioned once, twice, then three times. "She's upset with you pal, sorry to say. She says that you've captured her.. As a slave." Mind fluttered back to the day that the three of us had met. Now that was a rather interesting day. Throat shook silently, feeble chuckle escaping my tight bod, azures drawing up to the russet step-in. Soft smile showed on my features, and then I glanced towards Adelina, drawing in closer to the pair, until I was part of their little gathering, limbs closing to a halt. Oh, now their words were loud and clear. Radars flickered forward, curious.
"Hey Riku.. I was just.." This was.. random? Azure orbs shone with a concerned vibe, catching the faintest glimmer of clouded tears in the sane ones orbs. Lungs inhaled deeply, and it took me a moment to find the right words, trying to phrase myself so I wouldn't sound like an idiot. "What's upsetting you?" Words were delicated, azure orbs twisting to meet my second in command, soft smile vanishing as soon as I caught Nautical's hardened glare. Xehanort's vile laughter rotated in my mind, my bod shifting in place, radars flicking backwards. Opticals wandered slightly to my left, and I caught the vague sight of Xehanort watching Nautical, amber glints narrowed with a scrutinizing appearance. Forelimb lifted, striking the turf, crown shaking to rid of the dappled monster for now. Couldn't it just be us three, not us four? Gaze again shifted to Nautical, and despite her aggressive stance, I allowed an apologetic smile to form on my dappled maw.
Only when Nautical's animalisic hiss floated towards me did I realize why she was on her guard. "Its. Not. Riku! It's Xehanort." Ah, Nautical knew Xehanort very well. Crown shifted in a small, barely noticeable nod, admiration filling up for the chestnut mare. I could say that she was the first who wasn't scared of the demon inside myself. That, perhaps, was why she was the second in command? Smile widened as the essa continued, until my throat shook in an attempt to cover up a loud, abrupt fit of laughter. It took me a few moments to regain a sense of normal-ness, and I replied casually towards Nautical, azure orbs glittering with an impressed nature. "Hah, yes, that's a good way to put him.. And I'd believe he is." Soft intake of breath made me pause, then I continued, kind voice ringing. "Although, it's me, right now.. Riku. Xehnort's a little shy." Words were mocking, but the sour mood was forgotten, and steely mod stretched forward, running over Nautical's scarred neck, looking over the leader to her sister, still concerned.
; done. ; poor adelina. =P ; sorry for the wait.

( nautical ) You make me sick, but I love what we're doing here `` Gray minx turned her crown towards the two animals with sad and faithful black opticals, her radars slipped back gently into her dirty and tangled tressels as her back limbs began to drive her away from the pair. Curiously the chestnut mare turned her dome towards the retreating Adelina with cupped ears and a twitching nose she cocked her hind hoof and parted her lips, "Sister Adelina, whatever is troubling you?" With her words her eyes sparkled micheviously but dialed down again at the turn of her pale sister's head before her gaze travelled to the approuching king, instantly her chest swelled with air and her slick neck bending quickly with a loud snort of warning. "Back off, cream puff." She snarled, and the soft snicker that she got from Adelina told her that there was nothing bothering her, but those pearly eyes of hers told her otherwise. Instead she just turned her gaze towards the night sky with a sigh.
Adelina upturned her head quickly with a small gasp, more tears pooling in her eyes as she siddled back another step with a shake of her head; "Nothing.. I-I gotta go.." Words were slurred with hiccups from crying and almost instantly she spun on her haunches quickly and worked her muscles to carry her alabaster form away and into the shadows of the Black Lake, never to return until further notice. She'd leave without a goodbye to her sister, without a goodbye to her king and without a goodbye to her son; what kind of animal was she? She had to atleast say goodbye to one of them, but she couldn't find the heart to go back and tell them. So instead she pushed her legs a tad harder and just prayed she'd get somewhere before sunrise.
The chestnut minx was tempted to run after her, but as soon as she turned around there was no hope in trying to see the runaway wench. Sigh was thrown forth as she clamped her jaw and turned her head accusingly towards the king while once again her nose began to twitch. "Way to go," she answered quietly, no longer taking her agressive stance and just dropped her head level with her spine and allowing her radars to slip back into her webs. But soon a smile came upon her lips as Riku had murmured that Xehanort was shy; she didn't think he was, he was just afraid of the insane evil bitch that stood in front of him. "Xehanort should be afraid," she mumbled under her breath, staring up at him through her lashes with a sly grin. [/font]
