I o d i n e :: The small river that carried around the area had frozen over, and now, lucky me, I had to cross it. With a disgruntled snort I paced the banks, thrusting my muzzle at the ice, hoping to find it would break easily, and well, it didn't. Another disgruntled snort and I decided the only way to get across was to walk. Flicking my silver tail against my dappled haunches in a nervous twitch, I wasn't looking forward to this, but, at least at the other side was my nice cozy sleeping spot, I had long since decided to stay in a patch of woods, the cave floors were just to cold through the winter.
Stretching out, one hoof at a time, I started across, and it was working out fine, I was completely on the ice, about half way across when a furry little fox dashed between my front legs and I pretty much spooked, silly me and my insecurities. I had completely left the ground, narels churning out wild clouds of white smoke, and then, the unimaginable happened. I landed, and out when my legs from under me. With a short surprised squeal I slide, quickly I might add, head first into the snow bank on the other side of the river, getting plastered in the cold white frozen water. Just great. Heaving a massive sigh I picked myself up, stumbling over my legs as I pushed through the heavy snowdrift, what could make this worse? Someone having saw me.

Y A R R A M A N The first storm of winter had decided to unload all of its snow on Taunting Marshes, which made it rather difficult to travel through the realm. I had been to the other lands and the seemed to barley have half what my home did. But yet again the sun melted most of the snow in the other realms, and the sun could barley get through Taunting Marshes woods. I felt bad for my pregnant mares, for me moving through the snow was hard I couldn't imagine what it was like for them. Although as I thought about Sohalia trying to jump through the drifts I laughed. That would surely be an interesting sight. Heck she already blended right in with the snow plus it probably cam up to about her knees. There was also Vegas. I hoped that she was coping ok. Being blind in one eye and pregnant couldn't be fun. I made a note to myself to check on them as soon as I got the chance. I lunged out of a deep snow drift, my powerful hind legs pushing off from the hard snow and launching me into the air. I sighed, this was tyring, but I was trying to make paths around the land so that the herd members would have a safe trail to follow. Shaking my body, the snow that had fallen on my pelt went flying in different directions. Taking a few deep breaths I continued forward and was thankful to find that the snow was a lot less deep by the river. My nares flared as the as the scent of Iodine was carried to me by the wind. Now that I could move without having to jump, I was able to trot. The silver mare came into view and I couldn't have arrived at a better time. It was hard to hold back my laughter as the mare slipped and landed with all four legs sprawled. I restrained myself from trying to help her, even though I really wanted to. This would be her punishment for her absence. Not much you would think but I could use this against her for a life time, and I would. When she tried to stand I stepped forward thinking that she would succeed. But as she fell once again and went flying into the snow drift I started bursting. My laugh was deep and rumbling, but didn't hold its usual demonic tone. I hadn't laughed like that in a very long time. I went and stood by Iodine's side, still laughing my ass off. Bravo! My word was barley audible through the laughter but it wouldn't be to hard to guess what I was saying.

I o d i n e :: With a strangled groan I turned my gaze on the laughing stallion, both ears falling back, it really wasn't that funny, what if I'd gotten hurt? Jeez, that'd be the day probably. Of all the ungracefull things I've done, I've never got myself hurt. Still, I could pretend to be upset with him, no? As he came to stand at my side, still laughing, I gave him a smoldering glare, a hiss like wheeze escaping my diaphram, I was obviously mad, and I could only imagine my outward appearance, whilst, I was chuckling at my own self, how would collected Yarraman handle me seemingly not wanting me near him, after, I'd left for completely..um...medical purposes...yeah, let's go with that.
Sprawling my forelegs I threw my body back an forth, splattering the snow that had decided to land on me. Some of it probably landed on him, most of it back on that devilish snowdrift. With another strangled grunt noise I moved even further from him, swatting my silver tail back and forth, getting rid of even more snow, jeez, did this stuff grow on trees? I allowed myself an amused snort at my thoughts, but then went back to my, I'm irked at you and your gonna know it mood, a mood, that I really didn't use that much, if ever.

Y A R R A M A N My laugh was still rolling out of my deep chest as Iodine had come out of the bank; my eyes began to water from the pain of not being able to breath. However, my mood changed quickly with that of the mare. As the dappled fae pinned back her ears I could tell that she was pissed. Well let me tell you the feeling was very mutual. After all I wasn’t the one was vanished into thin air for almost a whole year now was I? I was the one who was hung out to dry. Iodine was the mare that had brought me out of my funk after Sophie’s death, and she almost became my queen. Luckily she showed her true self before I could have made such a foolish mistake. Seeing the glare that I received from the wench my I became pissed off. I stepped back just as the wench threw herself into a rocking motion, and avoid the snow that she had attempted to get on me. Arching my sleek arabian boa, my gray ears became imbedded in my tangled mane and my optical pierced the equines frame. My gaze stayed locked on Iodine as she moved away from me. Well that was fine with me. I had planed to just speak to Iodine about her absents but with her present attitude that would be changing. But I wouldn’t change it now I had more important things to attend to then a pissy mare. Walking forward I passed in front of Iodine snapping at her shoulder as I passed.

I o d i n e :: With a frown I let him snap at me before dancing away and infront of him, bumping my muzzle at his own velvets. Yarraman? I whispered as he stormed off, the pretense of my pretend anger fit leaving me as I realized he took it, well litterally. Again I danced around to his other side, brushing against him and letting his scent wash over my own, I really didn't think he would of gotten that mad over something like this, it wasn't the Yarraman I had met, the one who had brought me home.
A soft blink was thrown his way, the scar that ran above and below my one eye lining together in the full mark, not just the pieces that flawed me. I watched after him still, sighing lightly and dropping my head around my hooves, I'd done it this time no doubt. My tail flipped sideways and my head picked up again with both ears, trailing away a few steps before stopping again and looking back to him.
