ADELINA YOU FUCKED UP, BIG TIME. Since her stay here in the king's land the painted equid that had called herself Adelina had became hardy, witty, and hot-headed. She no longer would take that kind of, 'I'm better than you,' attitude, not even from her own king Yarraman. She would not stand for such disrespect! But she had also learned to keep her mouth shut when she felt the need to scream in someone's face or rip their heart out. From under the oak tree she leaned, bald face lowered to the fresh green emeralds below her form, ivories clipping at them hungrily. Auditories flicked backwords into her tressels as the wind whistled through the trees that dotted the land she had been cursed to live in, but then again she just shifted her focus back to the grass below her feet.
And then it hit her. She wasn't hungry at all, just nervous. About what, there was nothing to be nervous about was there? She lifted her crania from the ground with an infuriated snort before she set herself into a brisk trot towards the heart of the land, kinking her banner out behind her and tossing her boa slightly before she lifted herself into the air and allowed her forelimbs to push outwards towards the sky. Yarraman!! she screamed through her pinkened mug, dropping to the ground with a furious thud.

[glow=green,2,300] Y A R R A M A N [/glow]
It was now a few days into fall and the leaves had fallen off most of the trees. The weather was still rather warm but the chilly wind did bring the temperature down a few degrees. As I made my way to the caverns I took in the lovely smell of my mares. It was fall and with fall brought mating season. I couldn't believe that it had been almost a year now that Sophie had died but I had gotten my revenge. And I had so much fun doing it. My dappled gray pillars carried my arabian bulk swiftly over the ground beneath me. I still held a slight limp in my step from the wound on my for leg but it was finally starting to close. My other two wounds would also leave some nice scars, but they were well worth it. As I neared the caves the scent of Adelina, the blue roan mare. My first since coming out of my state of well depression.
I knew that I had been a little to harsh with the wench, and I fully intended to make up for the slip. My attitude to the fae had been very domineering and although I was self-confident I had come off as a bully and I wasn't in to bulling mares. I quickened to a lope as the mares scream reached my auds. Well then she clearly wasn't to happy with me. Yet again I couldn't blame her. I hadn't been in Taunting Marshes for long periods of time. I was with Chaos and then battling Jayila. But that would change now for as the attack on Black Lake neared. I would have to make sure my band was in tune with one an other. And my ranks would have to be decided.
As the overo mare cam into view, I knew that she meant business. Hello Adelina. How have you been? My words were friendly but as always they held the warning of an out burst.

ADELINA STEAL HER, DO IT FOR ME. His hoofbeats had alerted her way before his appearence, and she knew that he knew that she meant business. Her auditories pinned back at his words, did he think he could just hide the fact her first day here he had judged her temperment and get away with it? Snort was given forth as she drew in her head with disappointment in both him and the war. He had failed to stay within his own realm in case of protection and the fact that Riku, king of Black Lake, now held possession over her half-sister Nautical.
I simply refuse to go to war with Black Lake. I will not plunge into it when I might have to face my own half-blind sister. It will simply not do! She ranted, a little panicked for the poor blind mare, and a little outraged by him, but overall she felt completely relaxed. Breeding season had set in, meaning Yarraman could breed with whoever he wished if they agreed upon it. A shrug rolled off her shoulders as she thought to herself a moment.
It's up to you to go steal her, or you can forget about me raging into heated battle with that damned Riku and his wenches. she hissed, locking her legs below her and cocking a hind leg lazily, arching her kinked tail and shaking the limp tressels from her nape and her glitters. What would he think of her ranting?

[glow=green,2,300] Y A R R A M A N [/glow] As the blue mare pinned her audits back, I realized that I had underestamated how pissed off she was. And honestly I didn't understand her reason for being so pissed off. But I wasn't going to worsen the situation, there was no need to start a fight over my ass whole attitude. I knew that I had been totally wrong and intended to make it up to her. However with her words I understood. But what I didn't understand is how she found out about the war?
With the news that my mares knew without me telling them my temper rose. Not towards Adelina, just in general. The only ones who knew about the attack where myself and Cocaine. so how had my lovely overo mare find out? I raised my harks as she settled down and went to speak but was cut off by yet another out burst. Well this lady had a temper much like myself. The only difference was it seemed I had more control over mine. But I understood hoe hard it was to keep your mouth shut when you felt like screaming, and I was thankful that I had finally learned how. Sophie had helped me out with that lesson.
I wanted to laugh as once again she became calm, but I knew that that would only make her more pissed off. Instead I waited a few seconds to be sure she had finished and then I spoke; my baritone vocals loud enough so that they would only reach her ears. "I know I was an ass to you on our first encounter Adelina. And I won't nor can't tell you that will never happen again. I have a hot temper and it likes to burst every once in a while. You just happend to be in my path when it did." Now that was my apology. I believed in apologizing when I had done wrong although my words where never a direct, I am sorry, they always hinted there. Now to address the issue with Black Lake.
"First off I would like to know how you came to know of these plans?" I paused for a moment but then continued on, she could reply once I had finished. "Now about your sister. I can't steel her now I have to much going on but perhaps I will be able to before the war starts." Once again I paused for a few moments, but this time it was to warn off the cluster of bats that had decided to reside in the trees. I herd their leader speak, we have some new information I nodded to him letting him know I would seek him later; and with that they flew off. "If I do not steel your sister, then you will not be forced to battel but you will have to remain in Taunting Marshes while it goes on... And you will not be able to receive any information about my plans. Not that I don't trust you but Riku could use you your sister as bate and I wouldn't want to put you or your sister in that position." Now that I finished speaking I raised my harks and waited for her reply. But I was slightly disappointed for this mare had been in the running for queen but her ties to Black Lake ruined her chances. And even if i captured her sister; it would be to late to appoint a queen. For I planned on giving my ranks before I bred any of the mares.

ADELINA NO HOPE? FUCK YOU. A snort escaped her angered and agitated nares before auditories slicked back once more behind her refined head. There was no doubt he could rescue her sister? And what about these damn ties with Black Lake, Nautical could be the hope they've been waiting for! Hide away and learn all the secrets about Riku and his mares and bring it to Taunting Marshes and Hollow Woods, it'd be fair, right? But the thought of going into battle with the half-blind mare just drove her crazy to the point of no return.
If you do not do it, I will fight Riku myself. Am I clear on that? she retorted, sounding a lot ruder than she intended her words to be, but what the hell. He'd learn when she was sad or angry or happy, but that was in time. Not now, not here, and certainly not when her blood had been in tact with the enemy lines. Think about it, do you want me to ruin Riku for you. All your hard planning going down the drain?
A smile tugged at her features before she could even think about supressing a laugh. Nautical would come to me with open arms, fool. She's younger than me, yes, but she has wits. A brain that Riku lacks, apparently. she stated, arching her boa slightly in disgust that the king of Black Lake was afraid to battle. Afraid! Ha!
And how I came of the battle news? A chuckle ran through her mug before she shook the tresses out of her eyes, Why, none other than Nautical. Duh. she answered, waiting for all this to sink into his brain and waited for his remark.

Well this certainly wasn't going the way I had expected. But yet again you always had to expect the unexpected. I slightly lowered my harks as the blue mare snorted. Her breath, even though it was spring, was visible through the air. As she spoke, her words were harsh and rude. She had just made a mistake. Telling me what she was going to do when she was in my home. Now I usually wasn't one for completely controlling my mares but if she attacked Riku she would put everything at stake. Listen. You will not go and attack Riku. I paused and locked my green orbs on to hers. To let her know that what I was going to say next wasn't an empty threat. If you even attempt to attack him or any of his other herd members. I will be forced to kick you out and lets just say you will not leave here in one peace. I pawed the ground with my hoof causing dust to fly into my wound but I ignored the pain right now Adelina needed to know her well being was at risk.
I became slightly confused as she smiled. She was really just bouncing from one emotion to the next in a matter of seconds. Never mind being bi-polar this mare was tri-polar. So then have her come to you. Riku wouldn't have the balls nor brains to stop her. I had to completely agree with her statement about the so called "king" of Black Lake. But I wasn't happy with this mare. She was out of line. And she continued to be. I thought as she spoke her next words. So this means Rik is aware. Well I am rather surprised. I didn't think he had that much common sense. I spoke more to myself then to her. I stepped closer to her bringing myself up to full height. Lets get one thing straight wench. I appreciate all my mares input. However I will not stand for your attitude.

My attitude? It only appropriate that you have an attitude with me, I have so the rights to have one right back! she snarled, batting the ground below her with an itchy forehoof, tossing her dome backwards to avoid the closeness. Stay away from me, bastard. she hissed, harks snapping back behind her head in an angered manner. Who the hell does he think he is? Treat others the way you wish to be treated, but noo, he had to go off and tell her her own rights. Fuck that.
Fine, I am leaving Taunting Marshes if you no longer seek to treat me fairly. Good day to you, sir. she snapped at the last word of her faithful sentence, prancing off and ignoring any comment he had to say to her, but her harks were trained in case he had refused to let her leave. Opticals rolled back with a snort from her nares, continuing her trek onward and to Skeleton Desert in hopes of finding her sister.
; ooh, snappy. and haha, DUMPED.
