Spike was not going to let his mare think he'd back down from any old stallion who dare challenge him and his adoptee. Tendons clicked as his bodice moved forward to roughly shove the little filly out of the way, in which she gave an OOMPH of protest before shooting them a glare over her shoulder. The elder brujo was so close to this, Yarraman, that he could feel the younger's breath fan across his dished features before a twisted curl acame his face. If you want a challenge, so be it. I will not take this shit from youngers such as yourself. he stated simply, stiffening his neck slightly. He would not fight here, no. This was claiming land and he knew better than to start a battle here, but if this youngun wanted to fight, a fight he would get. Lanterns danced back to the mare with his auditories fanned out from beside his head as he glared her down before whipping his dome around to face this 'king' again. He'd make a nice little chewtoy for Savage. . he thought curiously with an inward smile.

I stood and watched the sky as the late afternoon began to turn to night. My muscles twitched with excitement under my pelt as I took in the black storm clouds. Tonight would be fun... well for me at least. I loved the sound of thunder and the clash of lighting. I loved the fear it brought to so many creatures, it was in thrilling. There used to be those years when I followed the storms, for each one brought a different adventure. Each crack of lightning and smash of thunder told a different story. But those days where gone. I was king of Taunting Marshes now. I had a daughter here and a herd that I was quite found of. It was hard giving up the life style I had known for years. However, the wind still whispered my name. And I still got the filling of being alive.
When I looked down from the sky my orbs looked to Sohalia. I wanted her to be part of my growing herd. I knew that she would fit in well with the rest and that she would be an asset to my kingdom. And look she even agreed with me. I nodded to her first statement for there was nothing really important to say. A smirk crossed my smoky maw as her icy lyrics where extended to Savage. I loved the darkness in here, it was like she could erupt at any moment. And when she did erupt I wanted to be there to feel the rage inside her, for then she would be in her element.
It is a shame for those mares who end up as a collection. And I assure you Sohalia if you come with me your ideas and views that you express will always be taken into consideration. I always want my mares to be able to speak their minds. Why would I want to restrain them? My words as always were true. I didn't see a point in lying I was comfortable with who I was and what I stood for why cover it up? And because of my comfort I wanted and expected my mares to express their opinions. I valued them and what they thought.
My thorns laid back in my skull as the stallion moved forward. I had not glanced at him since I had spoke but I could hear his heavy pillars crush the ground beneath him. Only when I heard Savage's protest did I look at him, deep blue orbs warning him not to make a fatal move. But being young he did. He came to close, and I snapped at him hoping to catch his shoulder. It wasn't a war movement just one of dominance. I stood still as he spoke, I wouldn't move. As the mutt spoke a deep rolling laugh came from my chest. Well it speaks. I paused in disbelief at his words. Was he blind. Brute. I am clearly much older then yourself. I am guessing by your looks that you are no older then six. So clearly you have made a fatal mistake for I am nine. My barton vocals held the tone of an elder scolding a foolish colt for that was exactly how this brute was behaving. Now then colt. I advise you take a few steps back for you are teetering on the edge of death by murder. It would be his one and only warning. I didn't come here to fight him he wasn't worth my effort. And I was positive that his blood wouldn't even be desirable by the wolves.
OOC: Eww... sorry its so bad

Sohalia
The sound of rumbling thunder flooded my eardrums. My icy lanterns looks toward the sky while I watched the storm began to move into the area. The lighting tower toward the earth while it strikes at the timbers. The storm clouds turn purple from each lighting bolt. The rumble of thunder was not only felt by the sound waves in the air. It was sent the earth shaking a little as while.
I let out a slight chuckle, while my front right limb earths out and began to paw at the earths rich black soil. The flashing lights left my carcass looking like a ghost while I began to toss my skull hearing the thunder getting closer. But I knew this wasn't play time, not here, not right now. I had to choose between these two brutes. The choice was mine to be made. While I thought about it carefully I stood still. The only thing that moved upon me was my slender sides while my lungs pumped oxygen to my lungs.
My lanterns drifted toward Spike. This brute didn't have nothing, but his filly that he cared for. He didn't have a land of his own. But together we could make a land, a home. Him taking care of the painted filly shows that under the darkness this brute have feelings, he cared for others. He was willing to take care of this youth that wasn't even his own blood. By this I knew that he would treated his mares with care, respect and would fight over them.
Then my lanterns drifted toward Yarraman. He appear out of now where and would most likely leave like a thief in a night. He was a mystery. He was into the small talk and down straight to the point. But then again he did have a land, a home of his own. He stated that he treated his mares right, how a mare should be treated. With rights. He was also more older, more darker, more wiser.
So which one should I go with. My cerebrum lower toward the earth while I snorted as the dry dust flew into the night darkness. My lanterns zone on a green grass blade as I thought more. Which would be better for me. I lifted my cerebrum to my normal level. My limbs began to move my ghostly carcass while I worked my way around the left side of the brute while I circled him like some kind of pray. Then I came to a halt upon his right side. I have chosen Yarraman. There was something about him. Something that pierced through my dark soul and I wanted to know more about him.
My lanterns goes toward Spike. Indeed I had to choose what was right for me. If he really wanted me, he would. But I thought this was the best for me. Indeed the brute would find someone that would suit him. But I didn't think it was me. I let out a slight snort toward Yarraman as to say, come on lets go.
