c h a o s ; ; steady yourself I continued to look at Lustra as he searched my eyes, he was indeed a curious one. I walked closer to Eris, and pulled gently at her mane, and at her words, i cackled. Then nodded Yes, indeed, i have changed alot, now i am becoming older, all of this evil is seeping out of me, its intrepid who is strongest now. I told ehr, smiling weakly. As lustra fell against eris's side, i sighed, prehaps it was infact time to give up my position as king, and hand it over to intrepid. [/sup]

The sigh alerted me as he played with my mane. I looked up at him and shook my head. Don't you dare think that. Intrepid would have his own way, like his father of course, but I will not have him cast my son into the world when he is only a few months old! I said, my eyes had searched his eyes and found the answer of his thoughts. My snappish speech would spark up a fight, maybe, yet I would not have a colt the same age as my daughter throw MY son out to his death. I turned my head away and looked down at the colt. I sighed and nuzzled his head, running my nose down his body and blowing warm air over his body. I sighed and looked up again at Chaos. I am sorry for me snapping, dear Chaos. But, I can't help it. My daughter has hidden away as if she is ashamed with her existence, and I don't wish my son the same thing...

c h a o s ; ; we carry on As the mare screamed, i snorted sharply, my harks snapping back, hidden by the red mane, long and silky. I bared my ivories slightly, and glanced down at my youngest son, then looked back at eris, my eyes firm. Eris i think you should soften yourself to Intrepifd, you do not see him the same as me, as you know, he is heir, and indeed very special to both me, lakita, emira and most of the herd. Intrepid will rule this land soon, when i die. And he will be a great ruler. I do not wish for him to be hated by my first mare. I snarled. Backing away from her, that special moment we just shared was gone, now, i was slightly angry, that firey glint sparkled in my black orbs.
Soon after her outburst, she seemed to realise her mistake, however, my ears remained backward a little, eyes narrow, dark slits. My red cord cracked at my body, catching bugs. Mane ruffled a little by the slight summer breeze. I know Chantelle has become withdrawn these days, and i do not know why, i dought i ever will. No equine opens up to me, who would? your brave enough to approch me, never mind have a conversation. I paused, and snorted, nudging the colt awake, i spoke to him Lustra, as your mother says, your older sister has become withdrawn from the herd, she will no dought leave shortly, for her own life. But let me tell you, i am the only one who stops Intrepid kicking you out of this herd. And i will not be here for much longer. When i go, you must realise that you must be ready to leave and start your own life, for i highly dout Intrepid will let you stay. I told him, extending my muscular neck down to him and grabbing his thin neck gently and tugging.

I looked down and stayed, just staring blankly at the floor, my face expressionless and my eyes seemed dead. I felt the colt bolt against my side as he awoke with a start and listened to his father. He was only young, why tell him this now. I shook my head as my head spun to look at the colt, who looked like he was hanging on by a thread. I sighed and nudged his neck to make Chaos drop him. I stood up slowly as the colt recovered from the drop and he looked around him to think of where he was. I giggled and nuzzled him to his feet. I've said I'm sorry, Chaos, just please don't let yourself go. I said, near desperate. I closed the gap bewteen us and closed my eyes. The oldest mare with 2 children from a stallion in his prime...
