Fayree A Dream Come True...
A life on her own seemed so appealing that when she looked at her mother she felt the feeling she had felt for a long time. That she didn't fit in with the lands where they were. She had waited till dawn to leave, so she could leave during the mysterious dawn of summer. The dew was mingling on the grass, hanging on the cobwebs of spiders and clinging to hoofs of Faye. She took of out of the lands at a fast trot, by the time she got to Zukura Brook, the dew had dissapeared and left the grass moist, her hoofs wet and her mouth dry. She slowed down and dipped her head to the earth to fed and nip on the grass. Her black coat gleamed slightly in the morning sun and her eyes glinted as she closed them to enjoy the satisfying taste of the grass.

Zarian Flashes of bright crimson blood splashed across my sight and I yelled, startling myself awake.I needed to lose my memories I shook my head quickly trying to get out the clear fog of my past. It was morning and the sun was up in the light blue sky, sending it's warm rays upon my coat, which gleamed slightly silver. Taking a big breath I took right into a canter, my hooves soon found a rhythm and I listened to the constant drone and found my mind blank.
I hadn't really bin paying attention so when I happened upon a clearing with a black femme close in the center I stopped with a little start. The mare looked young but she also seemed elegant and grown up at the same time. She had her head lowered and was feeding off of the grass that was still slightly moist.
My stomach rumbled and a surprised laugh escaped my mouth. I walked slowly towards the mare, so as not to scare her. ''Hello, don't mind if I join you.'' My head lowered and my jaws worked at the grass taking in big mouth fulls. [/sub]

Faye eyes opened slowly as a laugh escaped the stallions maw. Her head rose slowly and she watched as he approached her. He seemed friendly yet wise. She smiled and lowered her head again, her tail flickered and fell back into it's position. Her eyes closed momentarily and then opened to look at the stallion, who took mouthfuls of grass. She rose her head once more and sniffed the air silently. Might I ask why you laughed at me? she said, quite sweetly yet innocent in one go. Her head circled to look at the stallion, awaiting his answer wile grass surround is mouth, making it hard to keep a start face. She looked away again with a grin trying to work its way across her face, but she fought against it, biting her lip and looked through the foliage to the sun working its way into the sky.

Zarian
I stopped chewing and brought up my head. "I had not been laughing at you." A few flecks of unchewed grass fell from my mouth as I spoke, I needed to relearn my manners. ''I had been laughing at myself." Which wasn't a good thing either, since I was supposed to be the almighty feared stallion. A smile crept on my lips as I thought about what I was supposed to be and what I was. Having been raised by a light mother and a dark father I felt greatly messed up. My mother had always wanted me to be kind to others and have a chauvinistic side. While my father wanted me to fall into my instincts and fight my way through life.
Well I had adapted to neather and found that I had two personalities, one was a light grey shadow in my mind and the other was a endless black shadow. I could faintly see the grey shadow glowing behind my eyes, the light side was dominant today. "I am Zarian, may I ask your calling?" The dark shadow grumbled unintelligible words but then quieted actually wanting to know the answer. [/sup]

Faye's eyes flickered as she switched her sight to look at the stallion, who proudly called himself Zarian. An interesting name. she thought, her mind wandered uncontrollably to a life with him and she almost cursed herself for this, as she had just met him. She smiled and dipped her head, her manners flooding into her mind. I'm Fayree, but I like Faye better. Easier to say. she said, her lyrics sweet and continual. She watched his mouth as chunks and strips of grass dropped and she wished she could wipe it away, but her mind switched on and she shook her head, a smile on her lips. Her eyes were alive with laughter that wanted to burst out and she couldn't help but giggle a little. She hoped it wasn't rude but she couldn't help it. Her giggle echoed in the clearing and it dawned to her that she was alone with him. No-one around for miles. She stepped closer and looked around them, surveying the surroundings and her muscles tensing ready to run if necessary.

Zarian I grinned at the mare, Faye, it was an odd name but it had a magic to it that I liked. A giggle excaped her mouth and entered my ears. My eye's narrowed playfully and I nudged her neck softly with my muzzle. "Now who is laughing at who?" I let out a soft sigh and ask. "Why are you out here alone?" Take her. A deep voice slitheres through my mind. But I would not listen to my dark side this day. Faye was beautiful and I wanted her in so many ways and if I was to force her then something great could never forge between the two us.
My eyes wandered to the sky which was now becoming dark with grey clouds. "There will be a storm soon." You could feel the trueth of my words in the air and how it seemed to thicken. We needed to find shelter and soon, there were tree's surounding the green medow that we stood in but I did not trust them, they looked old and could tumble over with the strong wind brought by the storm. The only place that I knew was truely safe was a large cave in the center of my terra. I did not want to scare off Faye though so I just stood there watching her and her every move.

Faye smiled and nudged him back, her muzzle softly running along his neck till it stopped at his own muzzle. She withdrew it and looked up at the darkening clouds which seemed dangerous to such a young mare. She turned her head and looked at the stallion. It appears you are right. A storm, not far away. And, to answer your question, I have only just left my home. I was stopping to rest when you came upon me. I was looking for a land my mother took me to once, where stallions came across mares and took them home. She spoke in a dream like voice, yet her eyes glinted with the truth of her words. That land was beautiful and full of love and desire. She had felt it the first time she was there. She remebered the waterfall where she played and tried to discover her own Narnia. She turned back to the sky and sighed. That storms getting closer...

Zarian
It surprised me the way my body reacted to the mares touch, my every nerve ending seemed like it was on fire and desire shot through me like a living thing. "Why would you leave your home land?" I asked Faye but also remembered my own past and why I had left my birth band. I blocked off the memories because they were only filled with pain, with this mare I did not want to feel fear.
As if to pruve Faye's words a big rain drop fell on my forehead and slithered down to my nose to fall to the earth. ''The storm is upon us." I smiled and it lit up my face. "Faye, although we do not know each other all that well I ask you to come with me to my land." Was it just me or was my heart beating rapid fire like a birds. O lord I was nervous. But I shouldn't have been, six years of life in the wild, with danger around every corner and I was worried about a mares answer. "There is protection from storms like these." More droplets of rain were starting to fall after the first one. They pelted my coat and I had to blink to get the drops out of my eyes in order to see the femme. [/sup]

Faye smiled at the drop as it rolled down his head. She felt them fall onto her as they got heavier and faster. She shook herself and snorted. She didn't like rain, but lightening was her biggest fear. At the oppertunity of shelter, her whole body relaxed and she founded herself speaking without her knowledge or guidence. I'd be honoured to follow you, Zarian. If you don't mind, I don't like storms. Her mind cursed her and she raised her help in protest to it. She shook her head as if trying to throw her mind out to replace it by something else. She was listening to her heart, which increased slowly for two reasons. She wanted to be safe from the storm and she was getting to know a stallion who was offering her shelter in her lands. It was like a dream, one which she hoped neevr to awaken from. She was starting to get eager to leave, her pillars couldn't keep still and she shook slightly with the cold water.
