You could spill a thousand words and none would mean a thing... [/size]
Brute entered the lands known as Green Mountain, this was where stallions where suposed to meet, however, Chaos had only been here a few times before, and still, had found no company Prehaps it wasn't company he was looking for... Night was fast rolling in, clouds blocked out most of the light shone by the full moon. No stars were out, the air around him was thick and foggy. A perfect environment. Three beated pace slowed down to a slow, jagged trot, then finally to a walk. He looked around, and saw no one, yet again. An annoyed grumble left his stomach and excited through his mouth. He pushed a foreleg hard into the ground, the mud poured over his hardened hooves, he brought it back out. And walked a little further up the mountain, to the next clearing, about another 5minutes walk.

Kaiiso
The next clearing loomed in the distance, the ever darkening sky making the white face of the mountain a darker shade of grey. Kaiiso's steady feet imprinted the dry ground, his eyes focusing on the path ahead. The air was still, frozen into almost silence appart from the scraping sound as he moved over the ground. He was approaching the clearing from a different angle that he was supposed to, having missed the previous clearings as his path took an unexpected direction, and as he had never been here before, he didn't quite know what to expect. Picking up a steady three beat pace, he pricked his harks as the clearing came into full view.
His excitement fell almost as instantly as his hope did. The clearing was empty of stallions, not one brute in sight. Falling into a steady trot, he looked about himself for a sign that they had been here and moved on. Stopping short, he lifted his muzzle high in the air and took in the sweet air. From across the clearing, presumably the way he should have arrived, came the sound of a three beated pace. Falling to a walk, he made his way across the clearing, tail held high in a majestic manner.

Nostrils picked up a faint scent of another, slowing to a jagged trot, then to a walk, his audits were pricked high into the sky, not their natural position, taped to his skull. The dark chestnut's coat looked almost black in the darkening sky, but the white marks on his face and lower legs beemed, lapping up the light from the moon. His large, dark eyes narrowed slightly as another figure came into veiw. Chaos stepped carefully over the uneven terrian and into the clearing, sending a few pebbles crashing down the mountain side; the noise was defening. Dished dial was cocked ever so slightly to the left. Chaos slowed to a halt, his muscular neck arched slightly, head was up, ears pointing toward the other. He lifted his right foreleg off the ground slightly, telling the other to advance forward. He replaced it back in the ground and waited pateintly. A sharp flick was released from his fine cord as he felt a snowdrop fall on his hind, however, his narrowed dark eyes remained on full focus of the approching brute. He took a step forward, to take a better look at the other, eyes widened as he neared and a ever so quiet nicker escaped his muzzle, words got caught in his throat, but he managed to release them Kaiiso? he spoke in a deep, velvet voice, his tone stern and wise.

A dark brute advanced slowly towards him, stopping and lifting his front leg. Kaiiso snorted as in protest at having to listen to the other stallion, but instead of picking a fight before he gave the chestnut a chance, he picked his hardened hooves up over the uneven ground and slowly approached the stallion. Hazel eyes narrowed, Kaiiso held his head high, flecks of snow melting on his dark exterior. He almost didn't register the brute stood infront of him until a soft but stern voice entered his harks. Chaos He said with more certinty than the great stallion. Nodding his head, he aknowledged him and took a step forward so he could see the stallion more clearly in the little light that was left. It's been a while...

Chaos dropped his dial just a little, and nodded, bringing it back up, matching the height of his brothers. Yes. he paused, stepped forward a few steps, then carried on It certainly has. All these years, he had lost contact with all the herd when he left, Where have you been hiding? he had so many questions to ask the younger one, but didn't want to scare him away. Optics had now adjusted to the dark, as it had now rolled in, and the clouds were blocking the light of the moon. He turned a circle around him, and studied him, the last time chaos had spoken to him, Kaiiso was only a yearling. You've grown a bit brother he laughed, and trotted up to him, giving him a harsh nip on the shoulder, then moving to his front and blowing respectfully into his nostrils.

Kaiiso remained still, hardened feet set against the dirt ground. He watched with widened optics as his brother slowly circled around his muscular frame, breathing lightly through flared nostrils. I've been wandering foreign lands, trying to find somewhere to settle but nothing took my fancy. He began, returning his brothers respectful gesture, refraining from also returning the nip which in their youth he would have gladly taken the chance. I've been on my own since the day the heard split, I've enjoyed it. Up until now. Kaiiso took his own turn to circle around his brothers frame, studying how he had changed, and how he hadn't. Laughing lightly, Kaiiso broke away from his circular path and steadily stepped over towards a slight ledge and looked out over the land. He took the risk of turning his back on Chaos, but he hoped his noble brother wouldn't take offence. Yes, I've grown alot! I had always hoped to grow up to be taller than you, I guess we have to put up with being the same height. Studying the land once more, he sighed and looked back to Chaos. Do you think I could have a place somewhere around here? You know, star my own heard? He looked into his brothers optics gently, venturing into a strong curiousity about the lands around here and what they could hold for a stallion such as himself.

Chaos studied him, and narrowed his eyes. Then snorted into the dead pines underfoot. It doesn't help that your so picky with things, here, you take what you get, and fast, before someone else snatches it away. he spoke from past experience, and general knowledge. Ha, you'd never grow taller than me Kaiiso, I was bigger boned at birth. His muzzle crept into a smirk and he flicked his thin red cord once again. Why of course, if you get yourself over to Dekera Falls and snatch up a mare, you can claim any land. Apart from mine, of course. I'd have to kill you if you tried. Of course, Chaos kne whis own brother would never plot against him, and although his words were only a joke, his tone was still its usual sly, evil lyric.
