Very Bad News Guys.

I am sure you all have seen my little GSD boy. Well about 8:30 am Chaos was attacked by Kagura his older half sister which is also a GSD. Chaos is hospitalized and he is in very bad condition. Chaos’s left foreleg is dislocated and broken in three spots. His left shoulder has been punctured four times right down to the bone, he has a huge bite out of the side of his neck and his left lung is severely bursed, a vertebra in his neck is fractured and the vet thinks he has nerve damage on his entire right side. Right its 1:05 pm in Iowa U.S. time we had to leave the vet and my baby chaos only an hour ago. The vet said that Chaos has about a 30% chance… if that to live, they got him stabilized and knocked out because of the pain. I really did not want to have to put him to sleep but if he doesn’t have any improvements but Wednesday the 13th at noon we will have to put Chaos to sleep. And we will have to put Kagura to sleep to in a few days because this is the third time she has tried killing another dog, she had killed two of my mom’s cat’s kittens and she attacked my mom’s little Winnie dog and now she might have killed my $400.00 dollar puppy. We are taking Kagura to the vet’s office so he can put her to sleep maybe Wednesday or Thursday. Well I don’t think I can talk anymore about Chaos. I just can’t handle it. I’ll be online for like a few more hours but after that I don’t know when it will be until the next time I will be online. Sorry guys. I might have just lost both of my babies, so I am sure you guys understand.

omg adored -hugs tight- im soo sorry to heard that. I hope that he will pull through and will be okay. I wish there was something that I could do to help. You know that I have a very soft spot for GSDS and he was soo cute and was your baby like Minnie is mine. I just cant believe that. I will keep him in my mind, im sorry once again.

UPDATE: I talked to the vet about 5:00 pm and he said that Chaos got his feeling back in his right side and he stood up today but he might have to take Chaos's entire left leg because of the way it's broke and because of how high the brake is. Dr. Hathaway said these are very good signs.

*Hugs Adored* I'm so happy that he's getting better. They will take his left leg? Like they will remove it from his body or what? Don't worry, I'm always asking questions *giggles* Okay well I hope he gets even better but it's great to hear that he is better :]

-huggles- Im glad to hear that he is doing better. I hope that he keeps on doing better. I wouldnt be worry about the leg all that much, he would be able to get around fine. -thinks- It might not be that good if its the hind leg, cause of there hips. But atleast you will still have him as your pet.

thanks everyone. Chaos is on strong pain pills and that seems to be keeping him tied down pretty good. and lyssa yes my vet might have to remove chaos's entire left leg from his body. I think that is what they are going to do we have a another apointment on thursday for xrays to see if he is going to keep or lose his leg.
