[Leanna
>>The sun beat down on her. It was ridiculously hot, even though a few clouds floated over the sun. It was one of those days that you just wanted to flop down in the shade and sleep the day away...but of course, having the bad luck she did, Leanna wandered aimlessly through the dessert.
>>Her pink hooves plopped again the sand, and occasionally sand was kicked up into her face. She shook her face as a horsefly landed on her nose. A tiny drop of blood fell onto the sand below. She sighed and looked up at the sky. It was electric blue and made her eyes hurt. This place will be the death of me.... She thought slowly. The dessert did that to you. Made you slower.
>>Why had she come here, you might ask? Simple. She no longer had a reason not too. She literally didn't care anymore. SHe had lost everything. Memories of his face.....his soft chestnut pelt rubbing against hers as they lay beside each other on cold nights...the smell of the snow from the mountain. Oh how she missed Homeland.
The silvery mare squinted as she noticed something in the distance. It was a...green...green smudge. An oasis?! She perked her ears up and picked up the pace to a trot.
>>The fae neared the oasis and was soon galloping. Her heart accelerated as she saw the clear blue of the water. She reached the edge of the water and looked around cautiously. No one was around and she eagerly gulped up the water. Leanna lifted her head and sighed. This place has to belong to someone. If the heat doesn't kill me than the lead stallion will.
>>She didn't know what to do. The sun lazily drifted down the western sky and soon dissapeared. She gave a sad expression and lay down on the sand. She watched the stars twinkle and felt a single tear run down her cheek. Are you there, my boys? She thought, closing her brown pools. A memory washed through her mind at the moment.
>>Sorro looked down at his two new foals, amazement on his features. "They're beautiful, love....what will we name them?" He asked softly, pride radiating his every feature. Leanna smiled and nuzzled the tan colt. "...Fennel and," looking at the bright chestnut filly, "Sage". Sorro licked her and then nudged the foals. "Get up sleepyheads!"
>>The memory made her even more upset. No. She thought, standing up in a swift motion. She stomped a hoof and looked at nothing in paticular, lost in her memories once more. At least no one loves me again. I couldn't take it.
