I n d i g o Indigo stood at the highest point in the land with no king. The short thickly built equine watched over his new lover, One Heart , and his newly adopted daughter, little lady, while One Heart Grazed and Little lady danced around her mother….
Indigo hoped that little lady would call him father one day… has he protected her like she was really his own flesh and blood, even though she had no relation to him he still seemed to have loved her like his own…
The equines’ black spotted body stood out from the lush dark green grasses that look tasty. He wanted to graze for himself but he wanted to make sure nothing would even think about hurting his new family.
Indigo treasured his new family and wanted to never leave them taking the change that his past would repeat itself again… Indigo did not think he could live through another heart lost like Amira… he still missed her way too much to think about her without breaking down in tears that would last for days. Indigo was thinking about traveling back to his old lands and asking the new king if him and his family could live within the herd for the simple fact that Indigo had willing gave up the land, to avoid a fight that he could have lost risking his family’s well being.
Indigo loved this mare and her beautiful filly and he would do anything to keep them with him and well taking care of…. They were his life line…. His key to staying in this world and his will to keep living on the earth.

I danced around my grazing mother, her palomino coat glistened with the sun, it almost memorized me, mine was nothing on the lines of that don’t get me wrong is was beautiful but nothing like my mother, I was black and white, as I went around my mother again, I stopped and went under my mother for a snack, the second one I looked up to was my father, I only got a little look as he watched us. Flicking my white banner as my daughter danced around me, sighing softly as I watched her, every once and awhile she would get caught up on her long foal legs, I gave a little chuckle but went back to grazing I knew indigo was watching us from the tall grass, I raised my crown to look around me when I no longer saw her going around me but she was safe and feeling her stomach a lowered my crown and began to graze again. I n d i g o Indigo smiled at One Heart as his adopted daughter suckled on her mother. Indigo loved both Heart and his adopted daughter, little lady very much. Even though Indigo was very attracted to Heart and his connection with her daughter was as if she was his own flesh and blood, something held him back from loving them even more. Indigo felt so guilty about not fighting for his lost love, Amira. He felt as if he had abandoned her, leaving her to herself all alone after his promised her the life she always wanted, when he was away searching for herd members to give her the life she wanted, but when he returned she was gone with no trace of to where she had gone.
Finally indigo decided to find Amira, for he had heard not that long ago that she had been see not that far away. Indigo trotted down to Heart beckoning her to follow him, and then he attracted the attention of Lady “Come here my precious. ”
Leading both of his loves into the thick dense wooded trees he hid them very well. “Heart, My love, Hide here until I return I must find someone Its critical to our safety and the well being of our daughter. I promise with everything I have I will be back within 24 hours. I love you both so much.”
Indigo nuzzled lady and licked her forehead then he loving pressed the side of heart’s face against his then he said his good bye and turned making his way out of the thick wooded lands then galloping as fast as he could to find Amira, which he had heard was so close to him… right at his hooftips.
