Ah, winter had come at last, I thought as I carried myself into an easy three beat gait. My arabain bulk moved fluently over the terrain of Hollow Woods, my well home. Sea foam orbs drooped slight in boredom, I needed something to do or better yet something to kill. Slowing to a walk my limbs begin to move stealthily through the clusters of trees my breathing slowed as the scent of wolves reached my flared nares. If it was one thing I hated most in this land it was the wolf pack. I knew that they where fathers spies but really couldn’t he get something more original?

I came to a halt as the four legged creatures came into view, there was three of them two adults and a pup. A smirk crossed my pale maw, this was going to be fun. I assumed that the white bitch was the mother to the pup for she looked as though she was carrying milk and the black bastard was the father. Actually now that I got a better look at the two I realized that they where the new alpha pair. Ha this was going to be more then fun. For what could be better entertainment then killing the alphas pup? Now Chaos would probably not be to happy that I was killing one of his spies but heck I loved pissing him off.

Nether of the mutts had sensed my presence, oh how stupid they where. I circled them to be sure that there where no other pack members lurking around. I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. I watched the trio for a few minutes, paying close attention to the pup. He was older probably 6 months, his coat matched that of his mothers. And my mouth foamed with the thought of it being stained with his own blood.

Charging forward I picked the youngster up in my jaws and flung him into a tall oak. His parents wasted no time in coming to their sons aid. But I was ready for their feeble attacks. I dogged the mothers stained ivories and gave the father a blow to the chest. My optics darted to the pup as e attempted to scramble into the brush. Oh hell no. Leaping forward I came down on the small body, the crunch of his bones under my weight gave me satisfaction but none that would compare to the screams of anger from the alphas. They where calling for their pack but it was to late their precious prodigy had already taken his lat breath. Lowering my boa I lipped at the blood pouring from its cracked skull. Turning to the horrified parents I smirked. What’s the matter mutts? You live in a dark realm. You had to expect killings. I laughed as the white bitch stuttered. Chaos will have you for this. We are his spies. Once again I laughed at her. Extending my neck I ripped out some of her coat and side stepped her mates attack. Do you really think that I am afraid of my father. As the words sunk into her thick skull a horrified look crossed her face and her and her mate disappeared into the forest. Well that wasn’t as fun as I was hopping for but it was something. I went to exit through the trees when a snapping branch froze my advancement. I snapped my boa in the direction of the nose. My harks pinned back and my boa arched and bumped my arabain chest. I was in a dominant stance, I did not approve of others intruding with out warning. Show your self fool. I knew that it was an equine for I could smell her, her aroma was familiar but I couldn’t remember who she was. But honestly I didn’t care.

I hadn't seen the whole thing, but from the looks of it, the boy liked to pick on things smaller than him. Where was the glory in beating up the smaller? I'll tell you, there's no glory in that. I actually have a name I retorted as he settled to call me a fool and proceeded to call me out then. With a flick of my harks I broke through the bracken with ease, the long, slender legs that carried me noiselessly over the ground, probably the reason I was the spy around here.

Glancing him over I gave a disgruntled sound, yet another arabian, what was up with all the perfect lineage? Stalking forward I continued to size him up, matching each of our features, sure I was no arabian, but I was had some in me, it was all part of my breed. Sure I probably looked more like a thoroughbred, maybe even abit like a belgian warmblood, but again, it was the mix that would of made me as prized as him in the human world, were we wouldn't of been free. Now, what did you want. I hissed, harks twisting sideways, my forelock draping sideways off my poll as I continued to size him up with keen eyes.

Harks lend forward as the wench came through the clearing but then fell back once I recognized her features. I sighed in aggravation, she was the mutt that had attempted to attack me at the herd meeting. I knew that she was now the spy for the lands, big woop. The only equines I truly respected in this terra was the Lakita, Lyric and on occasion Chaos. Now if this wench was of true arabian blood lines my approach might have been more friendly, but I didn’t like mutts. As far as I was concerned the wolves where more valuable then her. And why would I waist my time remembering your name? I arched my neck even more, for I saw the look that she gave me. She was the only on in Hollow Woods that wasn’t and arabian and I was just rubbing it in her face.

My skewbald limb pawed at the ground as she hissed and sized me up. Well now perhaps a little battle would put her in her place. What do I want? Was it not you wench who come upon me? I scoffed at her and put emphasis on wench just to piss her off more.

I pulled my head up as he arched his neck, I could only snicker at that, he looked exactly like a daintly little mare, but I did catch that he was trying to tell me something. Put your neck down fool. I may not be arabian, but I am pure. I snapped, both harks now coming up to tip forward slightly, intent on watching his silly little antics, how amusing it was to watch all of them parade around like they were in a show.

My gaze flickered down to his pawing and I rolled my eyes before stepping forward to circle around him, swatting my tail at him as I passed infront of his muzzle, before slowly into my long, sweeping strides, the rest of my long slender body doubling back on itself in a tight turn as I faced him again. Actually, I beleive that I was in my neck of the woods, minding my peace and maid, then you showed up. I pointed out, my gaze leaving him and going to the skies once before coming back to him again, watching his expression.
