Name: Jewel Age: 3 Gender: mare Breed: arabian mix Color: dark bay Markings: none Alliance: none right now (hopefully light) Foals: none Personality: Jewel has split personalities, but she is always a sweetheart. You'll often find her hiding behind a bush watching a herd, wondering and wishing. But every once in a great while you'll see her break free from her shell. Feeling free and wild. Running, running running. History: Jewel past is not something she wishes to remember. As a foal she was left to fend for herself. Her mother left her after only weeks of life. Telling her she was just a mistake. So she set off roaming field, climbing mountians, and swimming through rivers all on her own. This resulted in her shy unforgiving behavior, and it's also made her trust issues. Sample Post:
Nothing... absolutely nothing. The soul that once dreamet of being something could dream no more. Torturing every soul it had consumed. The land they all once knew, was now a distant memory. Rugged land now surround filly. She'd never felt so hopeless in her 3 years of life. Her body trembled, the gash on her leg mutilated, the rock still slipped inside of it snug and tight. Like a parasite sucking the life from her already dead body.
She picked her body up with the little strength she had left. Her steps heavy. Hooves dragging leaving a trail of snake swirls behind her. Her once elegant body was now a crushed mess. Her mane and tail tangled with fury. The river smell lingered in the air. She had little hope it would still be there. Thinking the smell was just a memory waiting to be sucked up like the rest of us. Her head began swaying back and forth. A heavy sigh being released every which way. Her once white orbs were now a dull black color. They once held fear and happiness. But now there was nothing... nothing. What a word that was so current in this land she lived. For miles... nothing. The birds that sang... nothing. The herds that roamed... nothing. She reached the top of the valley and let out a long sigh of relief. There was little that was left of the winding river, but some. She felt her way down the steep slope, for the first time in her life feeling like a blind freak. The water seeped slowly down her throat. She felt that at any moment it could disappear, so she enjoyed it while it lasted. Her mind went back to the days when the land was alive. She slept in lush, green grass and woke up with the birds. Now nothing could wake her. She wanted to sleep forever.
