Anarchy
They murmur my name with reverence. My eyes focused ahead, I raced across the plains, steady as a beating drum. Blades of grass beneath my hooves snapped, fluttered across the grounds. I came to a gradual halt, a steady canter to a trot. Well, well, what have we here? raising an eyebrow, and laughing reproachfully at the cliché phrase. Lifting my head towards the sun, I sniffed delicately. Seems like there are others here, I thought to myself. Perhaps another herd to join, I grinned. Little did they know what I could cause, but then again, uniting in peace didn’t seem such a bad idea right now. Eyeing my surroundings cautiously, I stalked further into the plains. Pfft, it looks like such a cheerful place. How very tiresome. That would need to change, I mused. Looking now here, now there, I wrinkled my nose. Jeez, how much happier could a place get? All this happy go lucky green, blue, yellow, and dear GOD, pink and purple is positively driving my crazy. Stupid flowers, grass. And it’s far too nice a day. I missed the sensation of muddy grounds; the heavy slap of hooves upon wet grasslands. Shame I can’t do anything about the weather. Gathering myself once again, I started a gallop; hoof prints clear enough for any other equine to see that there was another present. Perhaps they would find me, perhaps not. A malicious grin curving upon my features, I could only hope that they would know what they were getting themselves into if they found me. I, Anarchy, could create bedlam within a herd with an ease alike to cantering.

You could spill a thousand words and none would mean a thing
The harsh winter had not left his lands if the finest of conditions, snorting sharply as he carefully stalked across his lands towards the entrance. Harks pricked forward at the sound of approching hooves, her smell filled the air. Harks shot backward and Chaos, the leader of Hollow Woods, lifted his upper body to the skies, striking the air three times with his right hoove. He glanced back at his mares, happily grazing with their foals. He snorted sharply and set off at a gallop through the tight trees. No other would manage such a speed through this part of his land, as unless shown a specific pathway, one could get lost and end up going around in circles. Slowing to a canter, then a trot as he neared the edge of his realm, he spotted her. He had never seen her bofore. Stepping out of the trees, he walked proudly towards her. I am chaos, and it is my lands you wander across, what is your purpose here wench? he spoke in his usual silky, yet icy and deep voice. He took a small step backward and studied this mare.

Anarchy
They murmur my name with reverence. Eyes roving across the lands, I paused. My ears pricked up – I could hear a stallion’s heavy footfalls, and I could smell his scent being carried upon the air. I heard him near, and I swiftly turned myself towards the direction of his gallop –hear him slow to a trot. I glanced quickly behind me, as I left the dense woods and stepped into a different realm. Turning back, I watched as the stallion entered my vision. Pulling myself to my full height, I arched my neck proudly towards him, tilting my head. Raising an eyebrow, I met his gaze, and listened to his silky smooth, yet chilling voice that held little welcome. I am Chaos, he said, and it is my lands you wander across. What is your purpose here, wench? I snorted derisively at his insult. Flicking my mane back, to reveal the diamonds upon my forehead, I spoke. I am Anarchy, you fool. I wander across your lands in search of a new home; a home worthy of one such as I. Eyeing him as he stepped back to study me, I gave him a mocking look; only one such as he would address me so. A leader of a herd, I would guess, the Alpha. I raised my head, waiting upon a response, narrowing my eyes.

The dark chestnut stallion arched his neck proudly in the way only arabians could, and lifted his head slightly, eyeing this mare. No dout, she was a dark, she had the right attitude. he snorted sharply and clacked his teeth together loudly, it echoed throughout his realm. He sidestepped to her side and nipped her firmly on her neck. Is it really a fool you wish to be your king? He asked. He was no fool. merely a true dark equine who showed respect for no one but his own family. And what makes you think you are worthy of a place in my herd? he asked again, raising his eyebrows, would she be clever enough to return a good answer? Never the less, I will take in any dark, arabian mare. follow me if you will. With that, he spun on his heels and trotted slowly through the trees, being careful not to let Anarchy fall behind.

Anarchy
Suspicious of another’s motives, the stars scatter amongst the night sky.
I listened intently; his low voice, rapturous, enchanting in its silky smoothness. Raising my head, I tilted it slightly to one side, eyeing him as he eyed me with his fair grey eyes. He snorted – teeth clacked together, echoing throughout this place. Impressed by this show of power, I allowed a grudging respect. Sidestepping me, he nipped my neck firmly. Tearing away, I eyed him. Is it really a fool you wish to be your king? He questioned. Perhaps he asked in doubt that I would not defer to him; but once granted an amount of respect, it would linger forever. And what makes you think that you are worthy of a place in my herd? Never the less, I will take in any dark, Arabian mare. Follow me if you will. I watched as he raised his eyebrows, raising mine also in response. Have you not heard of I, Anarchy? One feared amongst the light, for I can convert any that crossed my path. Able to lure, torture, convince, persuade, whichever you prefer, to join my former herd. For my reputation alone, I am headed towards the dark stars of the heavens. However, I shall follow you; for since my parents have died, I have wandered, roamed the wilderness alone. Leveling my gaze to his, I calmly watched as he turned swiftly, and with a slow trot, led the way through the trees. Trailing him, loping, I followed.

Chaos snorted, and urged up into a steady canter, dodging the trees and bushes, not sticking to his usual path, on every entry to his lands, he would take a different pathway in. Although it was hard enough to find your way out of the woods, maybe, just maybe some clever idiot would find his way in. Chaos could now see light ahead, for the trees blocked out all sunlight and made it quite a gloomy place to be, however, the stallion found this perfect, it suited his personality... Coming to a halt just short of the main clearing, he turned his head to wait for Anarchy to catch up, then began forward at a walk, he let loose a low call for his mares, they would come, he had trained them well. He smirked, and waited their arrival. He turned to Anarchy and gave a smirk Welcome to Hollow Woods wench. he spoke in his low, silky tone, as per usual. He tossed his head and snorted, and stepped out into the meadow, awaiting the arrival of his family.

Anarchy
Let the flames begin~ I followed closely; did he really expect me to be so daft as to trail off? I think not. Loping closely behind him, I glanced to my left and right, looking at the surroundings. Well, certainly different – denser, thicker, this place. A musty smell lingered in the air as I sniffed it inquisitively. Only pale glimmers of sunlight prevailed through the tree leaves – single rays, brilliant in their effervescent yellow. He quickened to a canter and I followed him with ease; I was so used to this quickened pace that it seemed natural to me. I could see light between the trees now, another clearing. Well. This was novelty indeed. He came to a halt, with me close behind, and I eyed my newly entered surroundings. Well, well. This could be interesting, I mused. He started forwards with a slow walk, a low call coming deep from his chest – calling for his mares? How well trained. Like puppets on a string. He most certainly wasn’t going to catch me acting like that. I came at no one’s beck and call – they had to earn my full respect before they even dreamed of it. He turned to me, a sly smirk on his face. Welcome to Hollow Woods, wench. Low, seductive, his voice remained, a perfect timbre. Tossing his head, he stepped out into the meadow, and awaited for those to come to his call. I wonder what I shall make of them, and they of me, I grinned.

C H A O S The mare followed at a close pace, showing she was interested in both Chaos and his lands, as the pair came to a halt in the meadow, i waited. When she spoke, i turned to look at her Oh, don't you worry. we will soon find outAnarchy. He snickered, surely Lakita would have something to say about this, Eris, of course, would welcome her. I glanced around the lands, down by the river, he could hear the twins, the heir and heiress of the lands, playing in the water, the little rebels. Already, they had ventured far fdrom home. Chaos snorted again, and tossed his head.

I stood within the thicket. Chantelle was busy with the twins, she loved spending time with them. I looked up from my spot, grazing on the boundry and raised my head to the air. Chaos was calling. Another mare added, I guess. I exited the thicket and smiled at the children as I passed. They would have to meet this new mare as well. I knickered to them all and made sure they could hear me. Chantelle looked up and smiled at me, and raced to my side. I nuzzled her neck and looked up at the twins. Are you coming, Intrepid? Emira? I asked, very kindly. I smiled down at my sweet daughter and started to walk slowly.

Be Bold. Be Daring. Be Dark.
A painted colt awoke to the sound of the chirping birds who were thrilled by the feeling of spring. Standing he stretched his legs and shook his body, as his orbs become accustomed to the rays of the sun. Looking around he could see that his mother had already left, and he was free to do what he wanted. That was one of the colts favorite things about being in a herd he was now allowed much more freedom, a freedom that he had never had.
After getting rid of his morning jitters the colt walked to the river for a quick drink and as he did so the sound of Chaos wafted towards him, he was calling his family to him, and he must have brought home someone new. He wanted to respond but he was hesitant, for he was not the blood of Chaos, he had come here with his mother. Was he considered family? Surly not, Chaos was nice to him, but the colt knew that stallions did not like foals from other stallions especially older colts like him.
The sound of hoof beats came from a clearing in the meadow, orbs watched as Eris and her foal passed through the clearing. Deciding to follow, the colt stayed far enough behind the pair as to not be heard or seen. When Chaos came into view, along with the new mare, pillars stopped carrying him forward and he stood far back from the group, just watching. [/size]

; L A K I T A - I'm like a female spider; deadly and seducing.
I lazily raised my crown as Chaos called for us, what on earth did he want now? I snickered quietly at my thoughts, I could take my good time coming; but I would have to show up, being the newly crowned queen of Hollow Woods. Snorting I tossed my head in pride, before setting off in a canter towards the call of my king. Ahead of me I watched as Eris coaxed the children along; I was starting to actually like that mare, she was amazing at taking the two off my shoulders if I needed rest. I stopped by her nice, reaching over and gave a friendly acknowledging nip on her shoulder, I hoped that Chaos would make her second in command at some point – after me of course – I turned my head to watch the twins. Intrepid was growing nicely, he was getting as strong and big as his sire; and Emira wasn’t disappointing either, growing up into a little beauty. The smell of new mare drifted into my nostrils and my interested peeked, so my dear king decided to increase the herd size? I snorted before picking up my canter again, I stopped in front of the pair – watching the new mare intently.
“Well well, what do we have here?”
A smirk played on my lips; I couldn’t help speaking that way – it was my way of greeting a new equine. My tones were as always low and silky – like a female spider; waiting for her prey.
; E M I R A -I'm your favorite baby-girl.
Me and Treppy was playing with Chantelle, she was really fun to be with – and my half sister! I never mentioned our different ranks, it didn’t mean anything to me; to me she was Chantelle, my sister, and therefore my equal. I reared up kicking with my little front legs; in the middle of a ‘fun-fight’ with the two – as Eris called. My head flew around to look at her; causing me to loose balance – my small legs twisted and turned trying to keep me standing. But they failed, and I tripped into the ground – much like bambi on ice – and just laid there blinking a few times; looking confused. Then the laughter came as I realized how stupid it must have looked! Quickly I rose to my feet, calling to Eris.
“Coming Aunt Eris!”
It had developed into a habbit to call her aunt Eris – even though we weren’t related in anyway she was still the mother of my sister, making her family to me. I set off in a wiggly trot towards her; stopping as my mother came cantering and stopped at Eris side, before cantering on. Quickly I made my way to Eris.
“What is happening?”
I asked with eyes wide open, I had failed to hear the call from Chaos – and only knew that this could be a dangerous situation.

I smiled at the keeness of the filly, she was like her sister, charming and playful. I watched as Lakita came past, and I dipped my head, lower than usual, a deeper sign of respect to the queen. I watched my daughter do the same. I turned as I heard Emira's voice. I think another arrival as come. You must be on your best behaviou. All of you. Make Chaos look good, and stand with your mother Emira. Try and act like her if you can. And Intrepid, stand with your father. I said, organising them perfectly. I nudged my daughter and smiled. All of you follow me. I said, walking on.

The dark chestnut snorted as he heard the others coming, harks pricked forward slightly at the sound of laughter, happiness. Although he was a true dark equine, he often turned to a teddy bear around his family, well, who could blame him? They were an amazing bunch! Lakita came first, as he had suspected, Harks snapped right forwards at her arrival, and a soft nicker escaped his kissers, he stepped forward to nuzzle at her shoulder, then stepped back as i heard Eris and the children arriving too. Again, he took a step forwards and nuzzled gently on the mares neck, then lowered his crown to both the fillies and gave a sly smirk to Intrepid. He watched as Chantelle stood with her mother, looking proud, Emira with Lakita, and Treppy by me, i snorted and walked back to Anarchy. Everyone, this is Anarchy, the newest member of our herd. he spoke clearly, his tone deep and loud.
I N T R E P I D
I trotted along, behind the fillies, keeping an eye on everything, it was my job to protect them, and that i would do, I dipped my head low and gave a small buck as I heard my father call for everyone, my harks pricked and i set off at a canter, past Aunt Eris and my sisters, and alongside my mother. My pace was elegant, yet feisty, the type that said yes, i'm here now. I'm your prince. I gave a sly smirk and slowed down to a prance and went to daddy's side, there, i stopped still, and looked at the new arrival. Well, she was pretty enough to be in the herd, an arabian of course, us equines were clearly the best, pure breds, nothing but. And i knew daddy wasn't keen on letting crossbreeds into the herd. I stepped forward, past my father and walked up to Anarchy. I gave her a light nip on her breast and backed up, prancing. I'm Intrepid

Be Bold. Be Daring. Be Dark.
Well hidden Shardik, could watch everyone without them knowing he was there. A small smile played across his face as the fillies, and colt passed not to far from him. All of them where oblivious to the world out side of the safety of a herd, and he hopped it would stay that way, for their sake.
Harks where upright flicking this way and that listing to everything that the equine where saying. Other then the mare that Chaos was introducing there was one other that the colt had not met. She was a fiery colored mare with a white blaze and stockings, from the way she carried her-self, Shadrik knew that she must be high ranked in this land.
Still, he was not comfortable with showing himself. Amongst the others he was different and he didn't know how to act around, what to him was a, large group. Turing he went to walk away threw the wood without a sound, but branches snapped loudly under his hoofs. The sound was bound to carry to the others.

Anarchy a silent agenda. I looked ahead now; surrounded by dark, agile arabs. A full house, I grinned. How very interesting. They studied me - all pretty curious of another mare joing this herd. A family; and so far as now, I would be excluded until proven otherwise. From the corner of my eyes, however, I could see one other - a cold, I believed? who didn't join the group - and he turned back; I could hear the sound of the branches, snapping loudly as he walked away. Even so, I felt studied. Not quite, intimidated. Chaos' aura changed as his family arrived. Blinking for a moment - for one of the colt's had nipped me before backing up; - Intrepid. Well, he was certainly a character and a tad daring. I glanced briefly over the others - alpha mare, and all. Raising an eyebrow, I bowed slightly; a deferential greeting. Being introduced as the new member of this rather interesting herd was probably a bad idea; but I could do little about it now. So, I waited; and watched.
